基于协同育人目标的土木工程专业课“有意识”思政教育改革

摘要为实现“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义核心价值观”，培养“德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”这一目标，全面贯彻执行“三全育人”课程思政，以土木工程专业课课程思政“无意识”教学现状入手，浅析土木工程专业课程“有意识”思政改革方向。最后以土木专业课程“结构试验与检测”为例，针对提出的课程改革方向，初探课程思政教学过程中的实践效果，学生在获取专业知识的同时，也学会构建正确的价值观，积小胜为大胜，在不断的成长中领悟社会主义核心价值观，真正达到“润物无声”之功效。

Consciously Ideological and Political education Reform in Civil Engineering Specialized Course Based on the Goal of Collaborative Education

——Exampled by Course of Structural Test and Inspection

AbstractIn order to achieve the goal of "Xi Jinping’s new socialist core values with China’s characteristics" and train"socialist builders and successors" of "all-round development ofmoral， intellectual，physical，and moral education"， we should carry out the ideological and political education of "three all-round education"， and take the current situation of"unconscious" teaching in civil engineering courses as an example to analyze the "conscious" Curriculum of civil engineering. The direction of Ideological and political reform. Finally， taking the civil engineering course "structural test and detection" as an example， aiming at the proposed course reform direction， this paper probes into the practical effect in the course of Ideological and political teaching. While acquiring professional knowledge， students also learn to build correct values， accumulate small victories into big victories， understand the socialist core values in continuous growth， and truly achieve the effect of "moistening things silently".

2土木工程专业课课程思政现状

大学生的思政教育主要集中于大一、大二的通识教育课程，而在进入专业教育的大三、大四阶段，集中性的思政教育通常来源于辅导员的一次班会或同学们自发举行的一次集体活动，这样的思政教育密度或效果对于大学生而言往往是不达标的，学生普遍产生抵触心理。因此，将思政教育融入专业教育课堂，让专业教育和思政教育同向同行，做到“润物无声”“盐溶于水”，两者交叉融合，达到协同育人目的。[5-7]

在新时代教育改革的浪潮中，土木工程专业课程教育也在努力进行变革和转型。作为老牌的工科专业，以往的专业教育模式显然已无法满足学生日益增长的对专业教育的高标准需求，专业教育的改革迫在眉睫。……
