目标成本控制理念下路桥施工项目成本控制的有效策略

摘要：近年来我国建筑工程随着人们交通需求的逐渐增加而有所发展，其中道路 和桥梁工程量也有所增加，路桥施工质量也成为社会关注的焦点，在这种形式下，路桥施工项目的成本控制显得尤为重要。从目前的社会现状来看，大部分路桥施工企业的目标成本管理理念并未落到实处，本文首先介绍了路桥施工项目成本控制的重要性，论述了成本控制中的主要问题并分析原因，由此得出相应的有效策略，以使路桥施工项目成本得到有效控制。

Abstract：In recent years， China’s construction projects have developed with the gradual increase in people’s traffic demand. Roads and bridges have also increased. The quality of road and bridge construction has also become the focus of social attention. In this form， the road and bridge construction projects Cost control is particularly important. Judging from the current social situation， the target cost management concepts of most road and bridge construction companies have not been implemented. This article first introduces the importance of road and bridge construction project cost control， discusses the main problems in cost control and analyzes the reasons. This leads to corresponding effective strategies to effectively control the cost of road and bridge construction projects.

引言：

设施建设的施工过程中项目的成本控制具有非常重要的意义，在项目施工时难免会遇到计数误差、核算误差等问题，一旦出现这些问题施工队的相关部门就要及时制定出解决方案，以免造成重大损失，如果这些问题不能够及时处理就会导致实际成本和目标成本的差距增大，面对这一现象，目标成本控制理念成为了项目成本控制的有效策略。路桥建设作为我国基础建设中的重要部分，成本控制要求较为严格，近年来在经济和建设行业的不断发展下，对路桥施工有了新的标准和要求，各大企业为提高路桥施工项目的成本控制工作和实现项目的可持续发展，做出了很多努力。
