一流学科建设背景下高校图书馆智慧型学科服务研究

摘要：随着国家“双一流”政策和“双万计划”的逐渐展开落实，高校图书馆应当把学科服务工作的重点放在提高本校优势学科影响力上。随着互联网和智能技术的不断发展，以及用户对学科服务内容的需求越来越个性化，传统的学科服务模式已无法满足读者需求。本文为一流学科建设背景下如何借助智慧化技术手段开展学科服务提出了优化策略，以期为高校图书馆更好地开展智慧型学科服务提供参考。

Abstract： With the gradual implementation of the national policy of "double first-class" and "double 10，000 plan"， university libraries should focus on improving the influence of their superior disciplines. With the continuous development of the Internet and intelligent technology， as well as the increasingly personalized needs of users for subject service content， the traditional subject service model has been unable to meet the needs of readers. This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of how to carry out the discipline service with the aid of intelligent technology under the background of first-class discipline construction， in order to provide reference for university library to carry out the intelligent discipline service better.

在“雙一流建设”和“双万计划”背景下，本科学科建设面临新的挑战，如何重点推动一流学科建设，提高学科建设质量，是迫切需要探索解决的问题。《普通高等学校图书馆规程》第三十条中明确指出，“图书馆应积极拓展信息服务领域，提供数字信息服务，嵌入教学和科研过程，开展学科化服务，根据需求积极探索开展新服务[1]。”高校图书馆作为为教学和科学研究提供服务的学术性机构，理应为支持学校一流学科建设提供全方位的服务[2]。智慧型学科服务是互联网时代更高层次的一种信息服务形式，依托智慧服务平台的智慧型学科服务，不仅延伸了学科服务的广度和深度，而且扩宽了学科服务的时空范围，用智能化技术为学科服务打开新思路、新模式。

1高校图书馆开展智慧型学科服务必要性

1.1大数据环境给图书馆自身发展带来的变革
