半导体激光治疗仪对雄激素性秃发的临床疗效研究

摘要：目的：評估半导体激光治疗仪治疗雄激素性秃发的疗效和安全。方法：104例雄激素性秃发患者随机分为半导体激光对照组和非那雄胺观察组，治疗时间均为6个月。半导体激光治疗组52例，单独使用低能量激光治疗，每周2-3次，每次20min;非那雄胺治疗组52例，采用非那雄胺片（口服非那雄胺片1.25mg/d）治疗。每组患者均在治疗前、治疗3个月和6个月后拍照，毛发镜下计数头皮纵轴中心单位面积内毛发数量，观察秃发分级改变，同时观察皮损症状和体征累积积分。结果：治疗24周后，半导体激光对照组毛发密度为（186.97±11.40）根/cm? 显著高于治疗前毛发密度（156.27±8.40）根 /cm?;非那雄胺观察组毛发密度为（182.75±10.21）根 /cm?高于治疗前毛发密度（158.32±10.19）根/cm?。与治疗前比较，两组患者均有改善，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗前，2组间毛发密度差异无统计学意义（P>0.5）。治疗24周后对照组与观察组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），试验过程无出现病例脱落现象。结论：应用半导体激光治疗仪治疗雄激素性秃发，在治疗周期内可以改善脱发的相关症状，且无不良反应。

Clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument on androgenic alopecia

Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of semiconductor laser therapy in the treatment of androgenic alopecia. Methods： 104 patients with androgenic alopecia were randomly divided into semiconductor laser control group and finasteride observation group. The treatment time was 6 months. 52 cases in semiconductor laser treatment group were treated with low-energy laser alone， 2-3 times a week， 20 minutes each time; 52 cases in the finasteride treatment group were treated with finasteride tablets （oral finasteride tablets 1.25mg / D）. All patients in each group were photographed before treatment， 3 months and 6 months after treatment.The number of hair per unit area in the center of scalp longitudinal axis was counted under hair microscope， the change of baldness grade was observed， and the cumulative scores of skin lesion symptoms and signs were observed. Results： after 24 weeks of treatment， the hair density of semiconductor laser control group was （186.97 ± 11.40） roots / cm ? The hair density was significantly higher than that before treatment （156.27 ± 8.40） roots / cm ?; The hair density of finasteride observation group was （182.75±10.21） roots / cm?The hair density was （158.32 ± 10.19） roots / cm higher than that before treatment ?。 Compared with before treatment， the patients in the two groups improved， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Before treatment， there was no significant difference in hair density between the two groups （P>0.5）.After 24 weeks of treatment， there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group （P > 0.05）， and there was no case shedding during the test. Conclusion： the treatment of androgenic alopecia with semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument can improve the related symptoms of hair loss without adverse reactions.
