高校创新创业教育的内涵式发展研究

摘要创新创业教育在推动高等教育内涵发展、改革攻坚方面发挥了关键作用。目前，高校创新创业教育从探索期逐步走向了稳步发展期，面临着新的发展形势和任务。本文从“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本问题出发，梳理创新创业教育的发展历程、目标定位、现实瓶颈，并以“三全育人”理念为基础，探讨在新的历史起点上推动创新创业教育内涵式发展的关键举措，促进高校为国家培养更多优秀创新创业人才。

Research on Connotative Development of College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

AbstractInnovation and entrepreneurship education has playeda keyrolein promotingthe connotationdevelopment and reform of higher education. At present， the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has gradually moved from the exploration period to the steady development period， facing anewdevelopment situation and task. Starting from the fundamental problem of "who， how and for whom to cultivate people"， this paper combs the development process， goal orientation and practical bottlenecks of innovation and entrepreneurship education， and discussesthekey measuresto promote the connotativedevelopment ofinnovationand entrepreneurshipeducationfrom a new historical starting point based on the concept of "three complete education"， promote colleges and universities to train more excellent innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the country.

深化高校創新创业教育改革，成为国家实施创新驱动发展战略、促进经济高质量发展的迫切需要，在推进高等教育综合改革、落实“立德树人”根本任务、促进高校大学生更高质量创业就业等方面发挥了关键作用。当前，我国高等教育正处于内涵发展、质量提升、改革攻坚的关键时期和全面提高人才培养能力、建设高等教育强国的关键阶段，高校创新创业教育从探索期逐步走向了稳步发展期。站在新的历史起点上，高校应从“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本问题出发，进一步梳理创新创业教育的发展历程、目标定位、现实瓶颈，以“三全育人”理念推动创新创业教育内涵式发展，造就更多优秀创新创业人才。

1高校创新创业教育的目标与定位
