信息化时代高校外语教师认知能力发展路径研究

摘要信息化时代对高校外语教师的信息技术水平提出了更高的要求，教师的信息素养认知能力需要进一步提高。教师认知研究大致可以分为教师自我意识、课堂信息认知能力和教师课堂决策能力的提高。通过Simon Borg提出的教师认知概念整合理论，运用访谈法进行实证研究，根据应用型本科院校的外语教师现状，提出教师在个人角色转变、教师反思、教师教研共同体等途径进行教师认知能力提升，以期提高外语教师的信息素养和综合能力，从而适应信息化课堂教学和社会发展的需要。

AbstractTheinformationageputsforwardhigherrequirementsfortheinformationtechnologylevelofcollegeforeignlanguage teachers，andteachers’informationliteracyandcognitiveabilityneedtobefurtherimproved.TheresearchonTeachers’cognitioncan be roughly divided into the improvement of teachers’ self-consciousness， classroom information cognition ability and teachers’ classroomdecision-makingability.Throughtheintegrationtheoryofteachers’cognitiveconceptsputforwardbySimonBorg，thispaper makes an empirical study by using the method of interview. According to the current situation of foreign language teachers in application-oriented undergraduate colleges， this paperputs forward that teachers’ cognitive abilityshould be improvedbymeans of personal role transformation， teachers’ reflection and teachers’ teaching and research community， so as to improve foreign language teachers’informationliteracyandcomprehensiveability，andmeettheneedsofinformationclassroomteachingandsocialdevelopment.

互聯网成为中国发展新动能以来，信息技术随之渗透到各个领域，其对教育行业产生了巨大影响。2010年国务院发布《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》指出：信息技术对教育发展具有革命性的影响，必须予以高度重视。2018年初，教育部印发《教育信息化2.0行动计划》，发展目标到2022年基本实现“三全两高一大”。近几年来，全国高校在智慧校园建设、教学模式改革创新、师生信息素养提升等方面纷纷开始行动，并取得一定的成果。我国的教育事业正经历信息技术与传统教育领域的深度融合，进行着一场前所未有的变革与创新。在此形势下，我们发现高校外语教师出现的一些问题：思想意识不强，信息认知能力弱，外语教师信息技术在课堂教学中得不到充分体现，在信息技术方面的科研、成果少，部分教师出现了教学恐慌的现象，教师认知能力没有全面发展。……
