浅析宝骏汽车中控门锁系统控制原理

摘要：本文从宝骏汽车中控门锁系统组成和中控门锁系统电路分析内容出发，系统讲解宝骏汽车中控门锁系统构造和控制原理，为汽车售后工程师、中高职和应用型本科教师从事汽车中控门锁系统维修与诊断提供有益的参考。

Abstract： Starting from the composition of the central door lock system of Baojun Automobile and the analysis of the circuit of the central door lock system， this paper systematically explains the structure and control principle of the central door lock system of Baojun Automobile， it provides useful reference for automobile after-sales engineers， Middle and Higher Vocational College Teachers and application-oriented undergraduate teachers in the maintenance and diagnosis of Automobile door-control lock system.

0  引言

中控门锁系统是指通过操作设在驾驶侧的门锁开关，来控制全车车门关闭与开启的一种控制系统。随着对汽车安全性、可靠性和方便性要求的不断提高，现在一些中高档轿车，如宝骏630、宝骏730和宝骏560，都配置有中控门锁系统。

1  中控门锁系统组成

中控门锁系统作用简单来说，就是控制四门同时上锁或开锁，分别为点火钥匙、左前门锁芯、四门锁块总成，门内、外开门拉手和门内中控拉手，还有门锁控制器。控制器按车型分中控门锁控制模块及车身控制模块（BCM）。

1.1 点火钥匙及左前门锁芯  点火钥匙在左前门锁芯内转动和门内小扣手（宝骏630）一样，带动锁块上的拉杆使中控上锁或解锁。宝骏630、宝骏730和宝骏560车型（备注：无PEPS系统），当四门上锁之后，如果停车熄火后，钥匙从点火锁芯拔出，四门会自动解锁。如果点火钥匙丢失，为了保证车内物品安全，需要更换全车锁芯，重新匹配机械钥匙。

1.2 左前门锁块总成  左前门锁总成是很复杂的、集成了电气与机械的总成部件。下面以宝骏630的左前门锁总成为例来说明左前门锁的结构、作用与工作过程。……
