对国企党建思想政治教育培训工作的研究

【摘  要】国企党建思想政治教育培训工作是指在国企内部针对党员开展的思想教育工作，主要意图是提升党员的思想境界，让党员成为工作中的带头人，更好地完成日常工作，同时，坚定不移地支持国有企业的一切战略发展方针，不以个人荣辱得失为重，强调为人民谋福利、为社会谋发展。这也意味着，我国的国有企业从建设开始就不是以盈利为核心，而是通过提高自身的经济效益，带动地区的经济建设，养活更多的人，确保市场经济的稳固。

【Abstract】The ideological and political education and training work of Party building in state-owned enterprises refers to the ideological education work for Party members in state-owned enterprises. Its main purpose is to improve the ideological realm of Party members， make Party members become leaders in the work， and better complete the daily work. At the same time， let them determinedly support all the strategic development policies of state-owned enterprises， not focus on personal honor and disgrace， gain and loss， and emphasize helping the people seek welfare and helping the society seek development. This also means that from the beginning of construction， the state-owned enterprises in China do not take profit as the core， but through improving their own economic benefits， drive the regional economic construction， provide more people with the basis of life， and ensure the stability of the market economy.

1 引言

在国企党建思想政治教育培训工作中，其主要强调的内容是如何更好地规范党员的思维，确保党员的思想境界有所提升，尤其是保证其自身具有坚韧刻苦的精神，能较好地应对工作中的难题，尤其是不被市场经济中的不良思想所干扰，不计个人荣辱得失，一心一意地为国有企业的发展贡献自己的力量，同时，将为人民服务、为社会发展添砖加瓦作为自己的主要动力。但目前来看，我国的国企党建思想政治教育培训工作还需要一定的调整，随着时代的进步，其原本的内容在某些情况下难以发挥核心的效果。所以，基于时代的特性，相关的工作内容必须作出改变和调整，要确保培训工作能融合时代的特征。

2 培养政治意识和责任担当
