班主任德育工作有效策略

【摘    要】在学生成长发育的关键阶段，班主任不仅要关注学生的学业成绩，更要将学生的德育工作落实到自身的教育工作中，充分关注学生的心理变化，并且注意培养学生的思想道德素养和科学文化素养，充分提升学生的德育水平，突出班主任工作的艺术性，将德育工作有效落实在班级管理工作中，从而促进学生的发展，提升德育水平。

【Abstract】At the critical stage of students' growth and development， the head teacher should not only pay attention to the students' academic performance， but also put the students' moral education into their own educational work， and pay full attention to the psychological changes of the students. And pay attention to cultivating students' ideological and ethical literacy and scientific and cultural literacy， fully improving the level of moral education of students， highlighting the artistry of the work of the head teacher， and effectively implementing the moral education work in the class management work， thereby promoting the development of students and improving the level of moral education.

一、班主任班级管理中德育工作的现状分析

（一）德育观念落后，重视程度不高

班主任在进行德育的过程中，重视程度不高，认为学生主要就是来学校学习，应试教育的影响让班主任只重视学生的学习成绩，没有将学生的德育水平摆在首位，进而导致思想观念落后，没有更新德育的思想观念，让学生在落后的思想观念中接受德育的熏陶，学生对德育的内容会产生反感的现象，对教师的德育配合程度也会下降。

（二）德育方式单一，创新程度不强

现阶段德育的方式和策略都较为单一，通常班主任都是采取说教的形式进行德育，在学生的接受能力方面有所忽视，教师也没有创新德育的方式，老旧的方式是不能适应新时代学生要求的，因此德育工作的效果不好。

（三）班主任单打独斗，和学科教育结合少

现阶段，我们经过研究发现，很多学校的德育工作一般都是由班主任独自承担，学科的教师在德育的环节中没有发挥力量，班主任单打独斗，这样的模式对德育工作来说，是没有太大的效果的，学科知识本身富含着很多关于德育的内容，但是没有被很好地利用起来，这是非常浪费资源的一种现象，同时对学生的德育发展也有所欠缺。……
