【摘    要】初中生面临着人生发展的关键时刻，初中阶段教育工作的开展，对于培养学生价值观世界观有着重要的意义。学生处于青春期的实际教学背景，使初中教育的开展既要重视理论教学，同时也要重视从学生的实际情况出发，以对学生身心发展特征的把握来确保学校课堂的组织和开展，以有效地保证学生学习的积极性。

【Abstract】Junior high school students are facing a critical moment in their life development. The development of education at the junior high school stage is of great significance for cultivating students' values and world outlook. Students are in the actual teaching background of adolescence， so that the development of junior high school education should not only pay attention to theoretical teaching， but also pay attention to the actual situation of students， to ensure the organization and development of school classrooms by grasping the characteristics of students physical and mental development. Ensure the enthusiasm of students in learning.

一、初中生良好道德品行培养的必要性

首先，在对初中生开展教育的过程中，学校教育要把握好人才培养的目标，通过践行教育部门所制定的人才培养方案来保证人才培养工作切实符合社会的人才需求。随着新课改下教育工作的持續推进，我国在人才培养过程中所提出的核心素养培养要求使得学生不仅要通过学校教育获得知识技能的熟练掌握，同时也要通过对于个体实践能力与情感态度的养成来促进学生的全面发展。在当前教育部门不止关注文化知识的教育背景下，初中政治课堂对于学生道德品行的开展符合教育部门相关政策的必要措施。而学生的良好道德品行是学生综合素质发展的重要部分也是学生个体全面发展的基本需求。

其次，在向初中生开展教育的过程中要意识到该年龄阶段学生的成长特殊性。11～15岁的特殊年龄阶段使得初中生呈现出了半成熟半幼稚的发展特征，而学生过渡期间所接受的教育对于学生个体的成长以及未来发展都有着不容忽视的影响。……
