摘 要:作为建筑工程的重要施工内容,后浇带施工技术的重要性日益凸显,对于有效防止伸缩缝和混凝土收缩现象具有重要意义。因建筑项目超長结构后浇带施工作业难度比较大,再加上外界施工作业环境较差,导致工程施工工期较长,故施工单位需要引起足够的重视,加强后浇带质量管控力度,真正达到提高建筑工程超长结构后浇带施工质量的目标。鉴于此,本文超长结构后浇带施工原则进行了阐述,在此基础上,对超长结构后浇带施工控制要点和技术要点进行了探讨。

Abstract: As an important construction content of construction engineering, the importance of post-pouring belt construction technology is becoming increasingly prominent. It is, which is of great significance to effectively prevent the expansion joint and concrete shrinkage phenomenon. Due to the difficulty of ultra-long structure construction belt and the poor external construction environment, the project construction period is long, . soTherefore, the construction unit needs to pay enough attention, strengthen the quality control of the post-pouring belt, and truly achieve the goal of improving the construction quality of ultra-long structure construction project. In view of this, the construction principle of ultra-long structure are expounded, and the construction control points and technical points of ultra-long structure are discussed.

在建筑工程施工过程中,建筑结构沉降、混凝土收缩变形及温度变异等问题严重影响工程施工质量和施工安全,为有效避免这些问题的发生,超长结构后浇带施工技术得到了广泛的应用。从另一个角度看,超长结构后浇带施工质量成为决定建筑结构稳定性和安全性的重要因素。因此,如何有效利用后浇带施工技术,合理管控后浇带施工控制要点和技术要点,提高建筑工程质量和施工效率,成为建筑工程设计和施工中的重要问题。
1 超长结构后浇带施工原则
1.1 减少建筑裂缝
在建筑施工过程中,超长结构后浇带施工技术应用范围日益拓展,为保证后浇带施工质量,必须以建筑工程设计要求为原则,并在参照工程施工方案的基础上,制订超长结构后浇带施工方案,并制定现场施工监督机制,减少建筑墙体出现裂缝。……
