航空公司飞行员培训体系优化探究

摘  要：现如今，我国民航事业迅速发展，民航运输总量呈日益增长的趋势，而安全风险也不断增大，这就对航空公司飞行员的职业能力提出了更高的要求。基于这一背景，航空公司需要深入分析自身飞行员培训体系现状，然后结合当前航空公司的发展需求，科学优化飞行员培训体系，确保飞行培训的高质高效开展，从而打造一支职业能力较强的优秀飞行队伍，切实保障民航运输的持续安全，促进航空公司的健康长远发展。

Research on Optimization of Pilot Training System in Airlines

Abstract： Nowadays， with the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry， the total amount of civil aviation transportation is increasing， and the safety risks are also increasing， which puts forward higher requirements for the professional ability of airline pilots. Based on this background， airlines need to deeply analyze the current situation of their pilot training system， and then scientifically optimize the pilot training system in combination with the current development needs of airlines， so as to ensure the high-quality and efficient development of flight training， so as to create an excellent flight team with strong professional ability and effectively ensure the sustainable safety of civil aviation transportation， Promote the healthy and long-term development of airlines.

对于航空公司而言，飞行员是重要战略人才资源，直接关系到自身的安全运行，所以必须做好飞行员的教育培训工作，不断提高其综合素养与业务技术能力。当前我国民航事业的进一步发展，促进航空公司飞行员培训体系的建立与不断完善，随着一系列相关规章制度的提出，飞行员培训逐渐向着规划化、系统化地方向发展^[1]。就现阶段我国航空公司飞行员培训工作而言，由于航空公司规模不断扩大，航空飞行运行新技术的迅速发展，使得现有的飞行员培训体系已无法满足新时代发展的需求，培训效果不够理想。为此，航空公司需要努力构建更加科学、有效地飞行员培训体系，以此来提高培训效果，更好地满足企业发展战略需求。
