浅谈计算机信息系统在医疗保险中的应用

摘要：近些年随着我国医疗保险制度的不断实施，使原本医患关系发生了颠覆性的转变，由以往医院与患者之间单方面联系转变为患者，医院以及医疗保险机构三方面之间的关系，不仅可以减轻患者的就医压力，还可以在一定程度上提高医院内部整体的管理水平，而在近些年的发展历程当中信息技术取到了绝对性的作用，可以通过计算机信息系统来辅助医疗保险工作的展开，通过对照功能实现随时更新医保目录，落实费用分割展开实时性医疗费用结算，运用信息化的费用汇总以及对账方式，利用大数据进行统计提高医保工作严谨性，极大的提高了医院内部的综合管理水平，本文主要阐述了计算机信息系统在医疗保险中的功能以及应用策略。

Abstract： In recent years， with the continuous implementation of China's medical insurance system， the original doctor-patient relationship has undergone a subversive change， from the unilateral relationship between hospitals and patients to the relationship between patients， hospitals and medical insurance institutions， which can not only reduce the pressure of patients， but also improve the overall management level of the hospital to a certain extent， In the development process of recent years， information technology has played an absolute role. It can assist the development of medical insurance through computer information system， update the medical insurance directory at any time through comparison function， implement cost segmentation， carry out real-time medical expense settlement， and use information-based expense summary and reconciliation methods， Using big data for statistics improves the preciseness of medical insurance work and greatly improves the comprehensive management level within the hospital. This paper mainly expounds the function and application strategy of computer information system in medical insurance.

在當前的社会保障体系当中，医疗保险起到了绝对性的作用，可以从根本上缓解人们的就医压力，解决人们就医难，就医贵的问题，而在当前信息化发展的背景下，医院需要迫切解决计算机信息系统在医疗保险中的应用，通过落实计算机信息系统的操作培训，确保计算机信息系统的运行安全，围绕计算机信息系统制定规章制度，加强计算机信息系统的宣传使用，来落实计算机信息系统在医疗保险中都有效应用，减少不必要的程序，为患者就医提供便利，现在还可以有效的提高医疗保险整体的操作管理效率，本文主要针对计算机信息系统在医疗保险中的功能以及应用策略展开相关的研究与考虑。……
