香蕉振动筛故障分析研究

摘要：采用螺栓焊接在固定筛板螺栓的托架上，托架与现有筛机的轨座角钢螺栓连接，焊接在托架上的螺栓用防松螺母对筛板进行固定;耳板连接结构，耳板连接结构由原焊接形式改进为铆接形式;降低整体筛板的重量，降低运行过程中的机械惯性，降低耳板运行过程中所受惯性应力，降低连接处的承受应力;通过降低部件老化点位，较少震动过程中得点位松动，可有效降低故障率。

Abstract： Bolts are welded on the bracket fixing the screen plate bolts， the bracket is connected with the rail seat angle steel bolts of the existing screen machine， and the bolts welded on the bracket are fixed to the screen plate with locknuts; The ear plate connection structure is improved from the original welding form to the riveting form; Reduce the weight of the overall sieve plate， reduce the mechanical inertia during operation， reduce the inertial stress on the ear plate during operation， and reduce the bearing stress at the connection; The failure rate can be effectively reduced by reducing the aging point of components and reducing the point loosening during vibration.

筛分机械是利用激振器带动筛体往复震动，摇动等动作將其中的水分或异物等去除或将各种原料和各种初级产品经过筛板筛分，获取不同颗粒大小的物料，再进行下一步的深加工和提高产品品质时所使用的振动机械设备。

对于散货码头而言，振动筛可完成对散货筛选及去杂质的功能，带来经济利益，对于应用于散货的振动筛。

1 香蕉振动筛结构原理

香蕉筛作为煤矿及煤炭散货码头尤为常用，香蕉筛是一种新型的筛分设备，因其特殊的形状得名，入料端坡度较大，一般情况下为34°，随着物料的前进下降，坡度越来越缓，一直到出料口，坡度下降到10°左右，所以从侧面看像一个香蕉一样。分为单层和多层筛面式香蕉筛，主要应用在原煤分级、脱泥、脱介和脱水等工艺环节。

香蕉筛主要结构分为筛架部分、激振器部分、筛板部分、缓冲装置部分及出入料口，以市面常见香蕉筛为例，振动筛为达到提高振……
