乳酸菌阴道胶囊在老年性阴道炎患者中的疗效及对局部微循环、炎症状态的影响观察

【摘要】 目的：分析乳酸菌陰道胶囊在老年性阴道炎患者中的疗效及对局部微循环、炎症状态的影响。方法：选取2019年4月-2020年4月本院收治的老年性阴道炎患者96例为研究对象，采用抽签法将患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组48例。对照组进行常规药物治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，两组均治疗3周。比较两组疗效、临床症状改善情况、3个月内的复发情况、治疗前后的局部微循环及炎症状态。结果：研究组总有效率为95.83%，明显高于对照组的79.17%（P<0.05）。研究组3个月内的复发率为4.35%，明显低于对照组的23.68%（P<0.05）。两组治疗前临床症状评分对比，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;两组治疗后外阴瘙痒、黏膜充血性水肿、阴道分泌物异常、烧灼感等临床症状评分均低于治疗前，且研究组上述评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗前局部微循环指标对比，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;两组治疗后毛细血管管径、红细胞聚集率较治疗前均有明显改善，且研究组改善程度均优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗前炎症指标对比，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;两组治疗后各项炎症指标均低于治疗前，且研究组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10、CRP均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：乳酸菌阴道胶囊在老年性阴道炎患者中的治疗效果较好，可有效改善患者的临床不适症状，调节局部微循环，抑制炎症状态，且复发率较低，值得临床应用。

Curative Effect of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules for Patients with Senile Vaginitis and Its Influence on Local Microcirculation and Inflammatory State/SHEN Xiurong. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（31）： 066-070

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the curative effect of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules for patients with senile vaginitis and its influence on local microcirculation and inflammatory state. Method： A total of 96 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by drawing lots， 48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment， and the study group was treated with Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules on the basis of the control group， two groups were treated for 3 weeks. The curative effect， improvement of clinical symptoms， recurrence within 3 months， local microcirculation and inflammatory state before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%， which was significantly higher than 79.17% of the control group （P<0.05）. The recurrence rate within 3 months in the study group was 4.35%， which was significantly lower than 23.68% in the control group （P<0.05）. There were no significant differences in the clinical symptom scores between two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. The clinical symptom scores of vulva pruritus， mucosal congestive edema， abnormal vaginal secretion and burning sensation in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. There were no significant differences in the local microcirculation indexes between two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. The capillary diameter， erythrocyte aggregation rate of two groups after treatment were significantly improved， and the improvement degree of the study group were better than those of the control group （P<0.05）. There were no significant differences in the inflammatory indexes between two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. The inflammatory indexes of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the levels of TNF-α， IL-6， IL-10 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules in the treatment of senile vaginitis has good effect， can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients， regulate the local microcirculation， inhibit the inflammatory state， and the recurrence rate is low. It is worthy of clinical application.
