CBE模式在信息管理与信息系统专业实验教学中的应用研究

摘要：实验教学是课程教学的一个重要组成部分，是检验学生对理论知识掌握和运用的有效手段之一。文章从安徽中医药大学信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养目标出发，分析了学生需要具备的能力，指出以前实验课程教学中存在的问题。结合CBE模式的特点，在人才培养方案、教学方法、实验设施、教师培养和实验教学评价体系等方面进行了相应的改进措施。采用CBE模式教学后，在提高学生学习兴趣、教师素质和能力以及满足社会需求等方面均取得了较好的效果。

Abstract： Experimental teaching is an important part of course teaching，it is one of the effective means to test students' mastery and application of theoretical knowledge. This paper analyzes the abilities that students need of major in information management and information system of Anhui University of Chinese medicine， then points out the problems in experimental teaching in the past. Combining the characteristics of CBE model，the corresponding improvement measures are carried out in the aspects of talent training program， teaching methods， experimental facilities， teacher training and experimental teaching evaluation system. After adopting CBE model， it has achieved good results in improving students' interest in learning， quality and competence of teachers，and meeting the social needs.

隨着国家加大对医疗信息化建设工作的推进，社会对医学与信息学相结合的复合型人才需求越来越强烈。伴随着大数据、智能计算的不断发展，工科教育重新被审视。在“新工科”背景下，对人才的实验动手能力要求越来越高，这就对专业教学提出了更高的要求，不仅要重视专业理论知识，还要注重学生的专业技能和应用能力的培养。安徽中医药大学信息管理与信息系统专业（以下简称信管专业）中虽然设置了相应的实验教学环节，但是在早期的实际教学中，仍然是以理论教学为主，使得毕业生的实际动手操作能力薄弱，不符合社会对专业人才的要求。在此背景下，打破传统的实验课程教学模式，CBE教学模式也就应运而来。
