智慧教学工具在混合式教学中的应用与研究

摘  要：在教育信息化2.0时代，如何实现课堂教学的有效性、全面提高学生的学习能力成为教育部门和教育工作者甚至是全社会关注的热点问题。混合式教学模式是信息化背景下对传统教学模式的更新与变革，具有很强的现实性和必要性。通过智慧教学工具可以更好地构建“以学生为中心”的互动课堂，有助于实现教学效果的最优化，推进优质教学资源的共建共享，促进信息技术与课堂教学的深度融合，营造多元、开放、协同与创新的信息化应用环境。

Abstract： In the era of education informatization 2.0， how to achieve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and improve students' learning ability has become a hot issue of concern of education departments， educators and even the whole society. Mixed teaching mode is the renewal and reform of traditional teaching mode under the background of information technology， which has strong reality and necessity. The intelligent teaching tools can better construct the "student-centered" interactive classroom， help to optimize the teaching effect， promote the co-construction and sharing of high-quality teaching resources， promote the deep integration of information technology and classroom teaching， and create a diversified， open， collaborative and innovative information application environment.

教育部在2018年4月发布了《教育信息化2.0行动计划》，是继2016年6月发布的《教育信息化“十三五”规划》之后，时隔两年再次发布教育信息化整体规划性文件[1]。文件中提出了到2022年要基本實现“三全两高一大”的发展目标，即教学应用覆盖全体教师、学习应用覆盖全体适龄学生、数字校园建设覆盖全体学校（三全）;与此同时，信息化应用水平和师生信息素养普遍提高（两高），并要建成“互联网+教育”大平台（一大）[2]。2019年中共中央、国务院印发了《中国教育现代化2035》，提出了注重全面发展、终身学习、因材施教、知行合一、共建共享等八大教育现代化基本理念。加快信息化时代教育变革，建设智能化校园，统筹建设一体化智能化教学、管理与服务平台。利用现代技术加快推动人才培养模式改革，实现规模化教育与个性化培养的有机结合[3]。……
