浅析《铁路信号集中监测系统》课程中思政元素的引入

摘  要：培養德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人，是高等教育的重要任务。高职教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分，同样承担着培养应用型人才的重要责任。在高职教育的培养目标中，不应单纯地让学生只掌握专业知识，而应该把思想政治教育和培养高尚的道德情操放在和专业知识同等的地位上。对学生进行思想政治教育也不应该只是思政老师的职责，而应是全体老师共同的责任。因此，在专业课程中引入思政元素便是高职院校专业课教师当下所面临的教学改革中的关键问题。该文以《铁路信号集中监测系统》课程为例，将从课程思政是什么、为什么要在《铁路信号集中监测系统》专业课程中引入思政元素以及如何在《铁路信号集中监测系统》课程中引入思政元素这3个方面进行初步探索，从而为高职院校专业课程中引入思政元素的教学改革提供参考。

Abstract：The main goal of higher education is to train the successors of the builders of the socialist cause with all-round development of moral， intellectual， physical， and labor. As an important part of higher education， higher vocational education also bears the important responsibility of cultivating applied talents. In the training goal of higher vocational education， students should not only master professional knowledge， but should put ideological and political education and cultivate noble moral sentiment on the same status as professional knowledge. Ideological and political education for students should not only be the responsibility of ideological and political teachers， but the common responsibility of all teachers. Therefore， the introduction of ideological and political elements in professional courses is the key problem in the teaching reform faced by professional teachers in higher vocational colleges. Taking the course of Railway Signal Centralized Monitoring System as an example， this paper will make a preliminary exploration on what the ideological and political course is， why we should introduce ideological and political elements into  Railway Signal Centralized Monitoring System and how to introduce ideological and political elements into Railway Signal Centralized Monitoring System， so as to provide a reference for the teaching reform of introducing ideological and political elements into the professional courses of higher vocational colleges.

“才为德之资，德为才之帅。”只有把思想政治工作做好了，才能切实把握住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治会议上强调，要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。因此作为高职院校的教师，我们应该与时俱进，摒弃思想政治教育工作是专属于思政老师职责的传统观念。……
