医疗管理信息化建设对医院管理的作用探究

【摘  要】随着科学技术的迅速发展，互联网技术逐渐普及，计算机和互联网迅速渗透到各行各业之中，医院也不例外。计算机和网络技术的发展，使医疗管理的信息化程度不断提升，大大提升了医院的医疗水平和服务质量，有利于大幅度提高医院的管理水平，使医院管理向现代化的发展方向靠拢。论文具体论述了医疗管理的信息化建设，以及探索医疗管理信息化建设对医院管理的作用。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of science and technology， internet technology is gradually popularized， computers and the internet quickly penetrated into all walks of life， hospital is no exception. The development of computer and network technology has improved the degree of informatization of medical treatment management， which has greatly improved the medical treatment level and service quality of hospital， and is conducive to substantially improving the management level of hospital and bringing hospital management closer to the development direction of modernization. This paper concretely discusses the informatization construction of medical treatment management， and explores the role of informatization construction of medical treatment management on hospital management.

1 引言

随着科技和网络信息化的发展，医疗机构中使用的现代化医疗设备越来越多。我国高等教育的逐渐普及，为医疗事业培养了大批高素质、高水平的临床医生和护理人员。新农合的保障，使病人看病就医越来越方便。在诸多因素的支持下，我国的医疗卫生公共事业发展越来越好。但与此同时，医院想要使自身服务水平得到大幅度的提升，还需要加强对医院的管理，这就要求强化医疗管理的信息化建设，因为这是信息时代大背景下，优化医疗管理的有效措施。

2 医疗管理信息化的发展现状

现如今，随着医院数量的增多，医院规模的不断扩大，信息化程度的提升，为了创新医疗服务的模式，医院必须加强医疗管理的信息化建设。医院信息化的发展可以分为以下三个阶段：医院管理信息化阶段、临床管理信息化阶段、区域医疗卫生服务阶段，这是根据医疗信息化水平划分的。……
