大数据背景下业财融合问题探讨

【摘  要】业财融合就是业财一体化，指的是在大数据广泛应用的背景下，将企业日常管理中的业务流程和财务流程进行科学合理结合的过程。在企业中推行业财融合的政策可以保障财务部门获取财务信息的科学性和准确性，同时也能为业务部门的具体决策提供科学的数据支持。随着云计算和大数据的逐渐普及，业财融合已经成为企业健康发展的必经之路和部门间有机合作的重要手段。

【Abstract】The integration of business and finance refers to the scientific and reasonable combination of business processes and financial processes in the daily management of enterprises under the background of the wide application of big data. The policy of promoting the integration of business and finance in enterprises can ensure the scientific and accurate acquisition of financial information by financial departments， and also provide scientific data support for the specific decisions of business departments. With the gradual popularization of cloud computing and big data， the integration of business and finance has become the only way for enterprises to develop healthily and an important means of organic cooperation between departments.

1 引言

企业的财务工作要实现成功的转型，离不开大数据的支持和业财融合的实施。随着会计电算化的普遍应用，传统会计的基础工作被逐渐简化，这就使得很大一部分会计工作人员可以从机械化的财务工作中抽身，向管理会计的方向转变。同时，财务工作也可以在财务共享平台上为管理会计的工作提供详实和准确的信息，并同管理会计工作相结合，一起运用数据模型为企业未来的发展制定详细的规划。同样，企业内控系统的升级和完善也离不开大数据在背后的支撑。

2 大数据背景下业财融合面临的困境

2.1 缺乏有效的资金支持和信息系统的保障

改革需要持续有力的资金支持，才能建立科学有效的财务共享平台。但目前大多数企业在实施业财融合的过程中不能保持有效的资金支持，这就导致了信息化工具——财务共享平台的建设跟不上业财融合制度改革的步伐、企业数字化进程缓慢、供应链管理落后、财务共享中心职能不完善等。……
