新时期大数据与实体经济深度融合的路径探讨

【摘  要】如今，伴随着大数据挖掘与分析等新技术的发展，社会的各个方面都离不开数据资源的获取、开发、利用，大数据成为各行经济增长的动力因素之一，对于实体经济尤其如此。论文主要从新时期的时代背景入手，分析当前大数据与实体经济在深度融合方面存在的问题，进而探讨新时期大数据与实体经济深度融合的路径，促进实体经济可持续健康发展。

【Abstract】Nowadays， with the development of new technologies such as big data mining and analysis， all aspects of society can not be separated from the acquisition， development and utilization of data resources. Big data has become one of the driving factors of economic growth in various industries， especially for the real economy. This paper mainly starts with the background of the new period， analyzes the problems existing in the deep integration of big data and real economy， and then discusses the path of deep integration of big data and real economy in the new period， and promotes the sustainable and healthy development of real economy.

1 引言

相对于虚拟经济来说，实体经济是一个国家发展的根本。当前，不少地区、国家呈现出虚拟经济与实体经济严重脱节的情况，对此，需要引起有关人员的高度重视。在推动实体经济发展的过程中离不开技术的推动，离不开大数据资源的加持。如今，数据资源呈现爆炸式的增长，对于实体经济来说，数据资源中内涵的规律是重要的发展指向。合理利用大数据资源，将为实体经济的发展增加强劲的动力。

2 新时期大数据与实体经济深度融合中存在的问题

2.1 大数据资源的公开性、分享性程度较低

在实体经济的发展过程中，各个有关主体积累了一定的数据资源，但是各方都将数据资源分别保存、利用，相互之间的沟通渠道较少，也缺乏积极沟通、共享数据信息资源的主动思维。数据资源公开性较差、分享程度较低的原因并不是单一的，主要有以下几方面因素：

第一，政务资源较为分散。

由于各级管理体制的问题，许多数据资源都归各部分负责管理，不同的部门之间很难进行信息的共享，难以有效进行整合，从而数据整体的优势难以发挥。……
