基于大数据的企业集团财务共享服务的构建探析

【摘  要】论文主要探讨了当前大数据时代发展背景下企业财务共享服务面临的危机与构建方式。论文分析了当前企业集团的财务共享服务构建过程中存在管理层不重视、服务人员的流动性过高、信息安全不足、部门之间不能有效沟通等问题。企业管理人员需要通过建立风险评估制度、进行战略规划、加强人员管理、积极引进新技术等方法促进财务共享服务的构建。

【Abstract】This paper mainly discusses the crisis faced by enterprise financial sharing service and construction mode under the background of the development of the current era of big data. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise group financial sharing service construction process， such as the management level does not pay attention to， the service personnel's liquidity is too high， the information security is insufficient， the departments can not communicate effectively. Enterprise managers need to establish risk assessment system， carry out strategic planning， strengthen personnel management， and actively introduce new technologies to promote the construction of financial sharing services.

1 引言

大数据是在互联网发展的前提下形成的，通过对数据进行处理，对当前互联网用户进行调查的一种方式。能够通过数据的形式对互联网用户的信息进行处理，为企业的发展提供依据，促进企业决策的科学性。财务共享服务指的是将大量比较烦琐的信息进行标准化的处理，这样能够加快企业处理财务信息的效率，提高企业进行财务管理的有效性。

2 财务共享服务的问题

2.1 管理层不重视

管理层人员的重视程度决定了企业进行财务共享服务建设的进度。当前，大数据背景下，企业管理人员对企业进行财务共享服务的重视程度不高，对于财务共享服务工作的开展存在一定的误区，不利于财务共享服务的构建。一些管理人员认为财务共享服务只是单纯地将信息进行整合，统一地进行处理。企业管理人员认为进行财务共享服务需要将企业的管理方式、工作流程等进行重新制定，是一项复杂的过程。……
