从内控视角分析制药企业完善财务管理的措施

【摘  要】新时期，企业的财务管理模式发生了巨大改变，为提升企业的核心竞争力，必须加强财务内部控制，不断完善财务管理，对于制药企业来说同样如此。在现代化经济发展进程中，制药企业要想长远发展，则需要立足于内控视角，结合制药企业财务管理现状，科学调整并优化创新财务管理，在此基础上，应用各种有效措施，逐步完善制药企业财务管理。

【Abstract】In the new period， the financial management mode of enterprises has changed greatly. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises， it is necessary to strengthen the internal financial control and constantly improve the financial management. The same is true for pharmaceutical enterprises. In the process of modern economic development， if pharmaceutical enterprises want to develop in the long run， they need to scientifically adjust and optimize innovative financial management combined with the current situation of financial management of pharmaceutical enterprises from the perspective of internal control. On this basis， various effective measures are applied to gradually improve the financial management of pharmaceutical enterprises.

1 引言

基于内控视角分析制药企业财务管理，从中不难看出一些制药企业在财务内部管控上与其外部发展存在一定冲突，由于财务管理缺乏完善性，并且财务管理制度缺乏合理性，使得制药企业的财务风险倍增。为推动制药企业的可持续发展，相关管理者及财会人员应当从财务内控入手展开深入分析，积极优化并创新财务管理，以改善制药企业在财务管理上存在的不足。

2 立足于内控视角，制药企业优化并完善财务管理的重要性

从制药企业长远发展来看，加强此财务内部控制，有利于提升制药企业的核心竞争力[1]。立足于内控视角，加强制药企业财务管理分析，完善制药企业财务管理，可优化制药企业财务核算，也可提升制药企业财务风险抵御能力。对于制药企业经营发展而言，加强财务内控，进一步完善财务管理，可为企业实现战略发展提供助力，因而从财务内控出发，构建完善的财务管理机制，并且应用有效的财务管理措施尤为重要。……
