达泊西汀联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗早泄的临床疗效

[摘要] 目的 評估达泊西汀联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗早泄的临床效果。 方法 选取2017年6月至2019年11月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院和兴宾区医院妇幼保健院门诊早泄患者100例，随机分为A、B两组，A组（n=50）予达泊西汀治疗;B组（n=50）在A组基础上联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗，两组疗程均为8周。比较两组治疗前后早泄诊断量表（PEDT）评分、国际勃起功能指数-5（IIEF-5）总分、阴道内射精潜伏时间（IELT）、自我及性伴性满意度和性自信度，并观察治疗过程中出现的不良反应。 结果 随访结束时，A组失访9例;治疗后两组PEDT比较[（10.80±3.16）分 vs. （10.10±3.94）分]，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;A组IIEF-5为（21.56±1.94）分，低于B组的（22.90±2.49）分;A组IELT为（373.88±280.00）s，低于B组的（513.58±295.29）s;A组自我性满意度为（2.90±1.18）分，低于B组的（3.60±1.59）分;A组性伴性满意度为（3.78±1.01）分，低于B组的（4.26±1.01）分;两组治疗前后性伴性满意度均高于自我性满意度;A组性自信度为（3.16±1.11）分，低于B组的（3.76±1.38）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 达泊西汀可以提高早泄患者性满意度、性自信度及射精控制力;联合疏肝益阳胶囊具有更好的疗效和更好的依从性。

The clinical effect of dapoxetine combined with Shugan Yiyang Capsule in the treatment of premature ejaculation

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of dapoxetine combined with Shugan Yiyang Capsule in the treatment of premature ejaculation. Methods From June 2017 to November 2019， 100 patients with premature ejaculation in the outpatient clinics from Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and Xingbin District Women and Children′s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups： A and B. Group A（n=50） was given dapoxetine for treatment; group B （n=50） was further given Shugan Yiyang Capsule on the basis of group A; the course of treatment was 8 weeks. The score of premature ejaculation diagnostic tool （PEDT）， the total score of international index of erectile function-5（IIEF-5）， intravaginal ejaculatory latency time（IELT）， and self and partner sex satisfaction and sex confidence were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The adverse reactions were observed during the treatment. Results A total of 9 patients in group A were lost to follow-up at the end of follow-up; the difference in PEDT between the two groups was not statistically significant （[10.80±3.16] points vs. [10.10±3.94] points） （P>0.05）; the difference in IIEF-5 between group A and group B was statistically significant （[21.56±1.94] points vs. [22.90±2.49] points; the difference in IELT between group A and group B was statistically significant （[373.88±280.00] s vs. [513.58±295.29] s）; the difference in self sex satisfaction between group A and group B was statistically significant （[2.90±1.18] points vs. [3.60±1.59] points; the difference in self sex satisfaction of sex partners between group A and group B was statistically significant （[3.78±1.01] points vs. [4.26±1.01] points）; the sex satisfaction of sex partners before and after treatment in the two groups was higher than self sex satisfaction（P<0.05）; the difference in sexual confidence between group A and group B was statistically significant （[3.16±1.11] points vs. [3.76±1.38] points） （P<0.05）; there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion Dapoxetine can improve sex satisfaction， sex confidence and ejaculation control in patients with premature ejaculation; combined Shugan Yiyang Capsule has a better curative effect and a better compliance.

早泄（Premature ejaculation，PE）是临床常见的男性性功能障碍之一，国外报道其发病率为20.00%～30.00%[1]，我国调查也显示，有约25.80%的男性受PE困扰[2]。PE患者由于IELT较短，其性满意度低，且伴有明显的焦虑、沮丧、自卑等负面情绪及两性关系危机，有高达68%的患者性自信度明显下降，身心健康严重受累，影响性伴感情稳固及家庭和睦[3]。随着生活水平的提高，人们对性生活质量的要求也越来越高。虽然……
