摘要:核电厂压缩空气生产系统以无油螺杆压缩机为主体来保持系统正常运转,并且其自身存在空气洁净度高、技术成熟、可靠性高等特点,被广泛应用于核电厂压缩空气生产系统内。但由于海南的天气与其他地方相比存在较大差异,其空气湿度大、温度高,导致无油螺杆压缩机在实际运行中会出现各方面问题。本文以海南某核电站为例,阐述了压缩空气系统的构成及功能,介绍了其运行途径,并依据在核电运行过程当中不同电机调试期间和压缩空气系统运行期间所出现的问题,进一步探究该系统在设计中所存在的不足,从而提出有效的策略,以增强压缩空气生产系统的稳定性和可靠性。

Fault Analysis and Treatment Measures of Compressed Air System in Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract: The compressed air production system of nuclear power plant is based on oil-free screw compressor to keep the system running normally. It has the characteristics of high air cleanliness, mature technology and high reliability, and is widely used in the compressed air production system of nuclear power plant. However, because the weather in Hainan is quite different from other places, its air humidity and temperature are high, which leads to many problems in the actual operation of the oil-free screw compressor. In this paper, the functions and components of the compressed air system of a nuclear power plant in Hainan are summarized, and its operation ways are introduced. And according to the problems that occurred during the commissioning of different motors and the operation of the compressed air system during the operation of the nuclear power plant, the problems existing in the design of this system are pointed out. At the same time, the fault situation of air compressor is explored, so as to effectively improve the stability and reliability of system operation.

海南某核電厂共计有6台核电机组,只有2台利用其他型号的机组,而剩余4台机组采用M310型号的改进性压水堆机组。并在系统内安装了大量气动阀门,建立了压缩空气生产系统和分配系统。同时,压缩空气系统作为核电厂最重要的环节,其可靠性和适用性对核电机组顺利实施来说具有至关重要的意义。本文对海南某核电4台机组压缩空气系统运行和设计方面进行分析,发现其中所存在的问题,并根据问题提出针对性的意见。
海南某核电厂机组压缩空气系统主要是由仪表压缩空气分配系统、压缩空气生产系统、公用压缩空气分配系统构成。其中,压缩空气生产系统主要是向核电厂输送大量空气。……
