学校体育现代化价值再取向及实现路径

【摘要】本文充分诠释了我国学校体育事业现代化价值的基本内涵以及我国学校体育事业现代化发展阶段的重要意义，一方面文中指出了我国学校体育事业现代化发展所面临的困境，在学校原有的体育价值理念的基础上重新从公平、效能、赋权、生态四个方面，确立体育现代化价值再取向的基本体育标准，从而初步形成“4E”学校体育理念课程框架，在学校课堂教学中更加注重“以人为本、健康第一、终身体育”的指导思想;另一方面也提出了新时代价值观取向下促进学校体育文化事业现代化健康发展的新实践和新路径，从而促进我国学校体育的蓬勃发展。

【Abstract】This paper fully explains the basic connotation of the modernization value of school physical education in China and the important significance of the modernization development stage of school physical education in China. On the one hand， this paper points out the difficulties faced by the modernization development of school physical education in China， and restarts from the four aspects of fairness， efficiency， empowerment and ecology on the basis of the original concept of sports value， establish the basic sports standard of the value re orientation of sports modernization， so as to initially form the curriculum framework of “4E” school sports concept， and pay more attention to the guiding ideology of “people-oriented， health first and lifelong sports” in school classroom teaching. On the other hand， it also puts forward the new practice and new path of taking down the values of the new era to promote the healthy development of the modernization of school physical education and culture， so as to promote the vigorous development of school physical education in China.

1.引言

在2019年，國务院下发了《加快推进现代化教育的实施方案》，该方案提及了“要发展世界优质水平的具有中国特色的教育”：首先，形成更高层次的人才培养体系、全面培训体系的形成必须注重培养学生的综合素质，全面加强学校体育教育。其次，当今学生的体质健康应该得到广泛的关注，其中主要问题是缺乏健康意识，学生得不到良好的锻炼等问题，这就要对学校体育现代化所产生的问题进行深思。最后，关于学校体育现代化价值的目标，以及在课程“4E维度”教学要求，还有在发展中国特色世界先进水平的体育教育等方面进行再认识，基于以上提出了再取向以促进学生的身心发展，实现学校体育对学生的全面教育价值。……
