高校专业教学中的全方位育人理念实施探索

【摘要】在高等教育中，立德树人是首要任务。结合当前的教育背景，本文探讨了将思想政治教育融入课堂教学内容中的具体思路和方法。针对专业课的学科特点，在教学中有意识地融入绿色生态及可持续发展等理念，将思想政治教育贯穿于课堂教学过程，以实现在潜移默化中引导学生，实施全程、全方位育人的教学目标。

【Abstract】Strengthening morality education is the most important task of higher education. The paper discusses the specific ideas and methods of integrating ideological and political education into the content of courses， based on the current educational background. According to the characteristics of specialized courses， the concept of green ecology and sustainable development is consciously integrated into the teaching， and the ideological and political education is penetrated into classroom teaching process， so as to achieve the teaching goal of guiding students in an imperceptible way and implementing the education of whole-process and full-range.

一、引言

《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育，全面提高人才培养能力的意见》的文件中提出，高校要紧紧围绕新时代国家经济社会发展的新任务新要求，建设高水平本科，培养社会主义建设者和接班人，要把思想政治教育贯穿高水平本科教育全过程。[1]

2016年，习总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议的讲话中指出，要把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程， 开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。高校思想政治工作是一项具有重要意义的工作，关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。在高等教育中，要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。[2]

一个国家的发展潜力取决于人才储备，在现阶段，实现中华民族伟大复兴是全社会的责任，高校担负着培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的伟大使命。……
