士官职业技术教育选修课管理探索与实践

【摘要】为适应新型军事士官人才需要培养，海军航空大学青岛校区创新构建了以岗位任职为核心、以素质培育为重点、必修选修相结合的士官特色教育课程体系，首次探索实践士官职业技术教育选修课，通过分析选修课建设管理存在问题，研究提出改进措施，为进一步改善和提升士官职业技术教育人才培养质量提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】Training needs in order to adapt to the new military officers， Qingdao campus of Naval Aviation University innovation constructed with the position as the core， with an emphasis on quality cultivation， the combination of compulsory courses sergeant characteristic education curriculum system， exploring practice sergeant vocational and technical education elective courses for the first time， by analyzing the elective course construction management problems， to study and put forward improvement measures， in order to further improve and promote the sergeant vocational and technical education talent training quality to provide the reference and reference.

当前，随着海军战略转型建设不断推进，海军航空兵由“陆基”向“舰载”转型步伐不断加快，对培养满足世界一流海军建设需要的海军舰载航空装备人才提出了新的更高的要求。此次院校调整改革后，青岛校区以贯彻落实军队院校新的任务规划为基本遵循，以推进航空装备保障人才培养由“陆基”向“舰载”转型为牵引，完成了新一轮士官职业技术教育人才培养方案修订。在课程内容设置上，建立了以政治理论、军事基础、任职基础、任职岗位4个模块有机构成的必修课程体系，并按照“不低于总课程教学时间的5%”要求建立了与之相配套的选修课程体系。必修课程体系和选修课程体系两者有机结合、相辅相成、相互补位，构建起培养学员全方位综合素质的科学链路。
