依托计算机系统与网络课程实施学员职业道德塑造的研究与实践

摘要：军校学员作为未来的军官，是否具有较好的职业道德，关系到未来军队干部队伍的道德水平。當今世界，国际思潮日益复杂化，对军校学员的职业道德影响不容忽视。计算机系统与网络课程及时顺应了改革的需求，授课过程中深入挖掘有关职业道德课程思政的资源，塑造军校学员的军人素养，使军校学员职业道德素养的培养大力推进，对我军的全面建设和长远发展具有重要意义。

Abstract： The professional ethics of military cadets is a special moral code and norm which is required by their profession and is suitable for military characteristics. Professional ethics is not only an important standard to measure the professional personality of military cadets， but also an important spiritual motive force to realize the value of military life and the internal basis for giving birth to the fighting spirit. As future officers， military cadets have good professional ethics， which is related to the moral level of military cadres in the future. In today's world， the international trend of thought is becoming more and more complicated， and the influence on the professional ethics of military cadets can not be ignored. The course of Computer System and Network should meet the needs of the reform in time， actively excavate the ideological and political resources of the course， help the cadets to shape the military accomplishment， vigorously promote the cultivation of the cadets' professional ethics accomplishment， identify the direction， clear the fog and find the true knowledge and self-confidence， which is of great significance to the overall construction and long-term development of our army.

1 背景

军校学员作为未来的军官，是否具有较好的职业道德，关系到未来军队干部队伍的道德水平[1]。

当今世界，国际思潮日益复杂化，对军校学员的职业道德影响不容忽视。随着市场经济和信息化社会网络的迅猛发展使军校学员的职业道德教育也遇到了空前的挑战[2]。

计算机系统与网络课程及时顺应了改革的需求，授课过程中深入挖掘有关职业道德课程思政的资源，塑造军校学员的军人素养，使军校学员职业道德素养的培养大力推进，对我军的全面建设和长远发展具有重要意义[3]。

2 计算机系统与网络课程思政思路

计算机系统与网络的课程思政教育应该结合军校学员的特点采用引导式、讨论式、驱动式等多种教学方法铺层开来。讲授过程中潜移默化地实现学员的职业道德思政教育。充分结合课程的特点，从教学设计、教学方案、课堂教学实施各个环节进行规划、推进。……
