新建本科院校基于工作过程系统化的课程整合开发问题与策略

【摘要】新建本科院校要突破传统人才培养方案学科定势，走应用型人才培养之路，基于工作过程系统化的课程整合与开发是必然选择。在具体的实践中应尽可能地遵循基础性、系统性、去中心化原则，走特色发展之路，并且把构建质量标准评价体系作为先行先试的重要基础。在理顺多样性主体和迁移性中达到相互协调，真实反映师生课堂表现和近期、远端所取得技能素质、行动能力和成就的程度。

【Abstract】In order to break through the discipline set of the traditional talent training program and take the road of cultivating applied talents， the course integration and development based on the systematic work process is an inevitable choice for the newly？鄄built undergraduate university. In practice， we should try our best to follow the principle of foundational， systematic and decentralized， follow the path of characteristic development， and take the construction of quality standard evaluation system as an important foundation for the first attempt. In order to achieve mutual coordination in the diversity of the main body and migration， the true reflection of the  teachers and students on the class performance， the acquisition of skills， the ability of action and the level of achievement including far and recent.

新建本科院校是指1999年以后新建、合并、升格的应用型本科院校。截至2019年6月现有新建本科高校693所，这类高校约占全国1265所本科高校的56.88%，超过一半以上。新建本科院校培养了大批应用型本科人才，为本地区经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献，加快了我国高等教育迈向大众化的步伐，也起到了促进教育公平的作用。教育部要求新建本科院校必须坚定不移地走应用型大学的新型发展道路，破除办学单一模式，坚持特色发展、质量发展，要瞄准学校与专业服务领域，产教深度融合，建立基于工作全过程的人才培养模式，转变以往强调学科知识的内在逻辑进行组织教学的旧模式，开展面向职业或行业的知识技能素质融通教学新模式。……
