种粮大户农业经营管理技术需求影响因素实证分析

摘    要：农业经营管理技术既包含农业生产过程中的技术，也包含农业经营技术，将两种技术融合的农业经营管理技术符合现代农业的要求。河南省作为全国最大的小麦生产基地，随着农业集约化的发展，省内小农经济向种粮大户方向转变。本研究通过对河南省120位种粮大户进行问卷调查，从年龄、受教育程度、种植规模、获取农业信息的途径丰富情况、所在地区的农业基础设施、对粮食行情的看法作为研究对象，构建Logit模型分析这些影响因素对于农户的影响程度。并根据分析结果提出了通过提升农业经营管理技术，以及完善农业基础设施的建设的相关建议。

An Empirical Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Agricultural Management Technology Demand of Large Grain Growers——Take Henan Province as an Example

Abstract： Agricultural operation and management technology includes not only the technology in the process of agricultural production， but also the agricultural operation and management technology. The agricultural operation and management technology combining the two technologies meets the requirements of modern agriculture. Henan Province is the largest wheat production base in China. With the development of agricultural intensification， the small-scale peasant economy in Henan Province has changed to the direction of large grain growers. Based on the questionnaire survey of 120 large grain growers in Henan Province， this paper analyzed the situation from age， education level， planting scale， rich access to agricultural information， agricultural infrastructure in the region， and views on the grain market Research object， build Logit model to analyze the impact of these factors on farmers. According to the analysis results， some suggestions were put forward to improve the agricultural management technology and improve the construction of agricultural infrastructure.

农业经营管理技术是一个融合概念，其中既包含农业生产管理技术，又包括农业经营技术，农业生产管理技术是指在农业生产中为了实现更大的产量、更好的质量，而必须具备的技术，包括优质品种的繁育技术、生产过程中的水肥管理技术、病虫害防治技术、土地养护技术等[1]。而农业经营技术是将农业流程比做是一个企业去经营，通过将企业经营技术应用在农业上，实现农业收入的最大化，例如：根据土地特点和作物生长特点选用价廉物美的种子和肥料，降低生产成本，根据市场价格的波动变化选择合适的出售时间，获取更多的利益，根据消费者的偏好适当种植绿色有机农作物等。农业经营管理技术是融合两种技术的优点，在农业活动中采取科学的生产管理办法和农业经营技巧，通过掌握市场信息和规律，合理的配置人力、物力、财力，降低生产成本，实现效益最大化[2]。……
