农村小学特殊教育中“送教上门”的问题及对策

【摘  要】“送教上门”是我国针对重度残疾儿童进行教育安置的一种教育方式，送教上门活动具有一定的特殊性，更多地体现出了对于特殊儿童救济性的义务教育，这一教育形式，通过教师给特殊儿童以及家庭提供所需的教育服务来改善特殊儿童的情况，缓解家庭的负担。本文主要分析了农村小学特殊教育中“送教上门”的问题及对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of "Send to School" in Special Education in Rural Primary Schools

【Abstract】"Send to home for education" is an educational method of education placement for severely disabled children in our country. The home delivery activity has a certain particularity， which more reflects the compulsory education for special children. The form of education is to improve the situation of special children and alleviate the burden on families by providing necessary educational services to special children and families. This article mainly analyzes the problems and countermeasures of "sending teachers to home" in rural primary school special education.

接受教育是我們每一个公民所享有的权利，我国教育事业的发展十分迅速，这其中不仅包括有我们所熟悉的素质教育和全面教育，还有一些针对特殊儿童所开展的特殊教育，对此提供了送教上门服务。特殊教育开展的时间较短，教育形式和教学方法等不够成熟，要想落实送教上门，将特殊教育送到每一个特殊儿童的家中，让孩子能够接受知识，促进他们的智力发展，就必须要结合特殊教育开展的现状，发现送教上门活动存在的问题，及时进行查漏补缺，使特殊儿童能够接受正规的教育，实现特殊教育的有效性。

一、“送教上门”的背景及其含义

随着我国教育事业的发展，人们对于特殊教育事业的关注度相较于以往有着很大的提升，特殊儿童的入学率呈现出了一种逐年增长的趋势。现阶段，仍然有大量的特殊儿童因为各种原因无法进入到学校之中学习，送教上门实践的开展能够有效解决这些问题。……
