基于价值共创理论的高校图书馆业务流程重组研究

摘  要：高校图书馆在高等院校教育中占据着重要地位，而基于價值共创理论对其业务流程进行重组有助于优化图书馆服务环境，由此增强用户在图书馆业务操作中的体验感。在此之上，该文简要分析了价值共创理论的内涵，并通过明确图书馆与用户的关系、满足图书馆用户多样需求、有效遵循图书馆重组原则、把控图书馆价值共创资源、注重图书馆流程重组保障等措施，进一步规范高校图书馆业务流程，确保重组后的高校图书馆能起到深度挖掘用户与图书馆价值的作用，这样才能促使高校图书馆资源利用率得到有效提高，实现图书馆事业的长远发展。

Research on the Business Process Reorganization of University Library Based on the Theory of Value Co-creation

Abstract： University library plays an important role in higher education. The business process reorganization based on value co-creation theory is helpful to optimize the service environment of library and enhance the user's experience in library operation. On this basis， this paper briefly analyzes the connotation of value co-creation theory and further standardizes the business process of university library to ensure that the restructured university library can play by clarifying the relationship between library and users， meeting the diverse needs of library users， effectively following the principle of library reorganization， controlling the value co-creation resources of library and paying attention to the guarantee of library process reorganization.In order to deeply excavate the role of users and library value， we can effectively improve the utilization rate of university library resources and realize the long-term development of library cause.

据统计：我国截止到2019年共有1 101所高校图书馆。而绝大多数图书馆的价值处于可开发状态。为了满足新时代图书馆业务发展需求，应充分依据价值共创理论对现有高校图书馆业务流程实施重组，从而保证新型高校图书馆能够在为用户提供信息资源的同时达到发掘价值的作用，以便用户与图书馆能够实现共同进步、协同发展。因此，相关人员应切实做好高校图书馆转型工作。

1  价值共创理论的内涵

价值共创理论是在21世纪提出的“竞争将依靠个体力量，由企业与消费者共同创造价值”的一种观点。经过时代的发展，消费者已由原有购买者逐渐转化为参与者，由此为买卖双方的交易带来积极影响，这也表示产品价值除了来源于生产者外还取决于消费者的技能经验、体验感受。……
