乌梅汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗结直肠癌术后寒热错杂型泄泻42例临床观察

【摘 要】 目的：观察乌梅汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗结直肠癌术后寒热错杂型泄泻的临床效果。方法：选取结直肠癌术后寒热错杂型泄泻患者84例，随机分为对照组与实验组，对照组口服盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊治疗;实验组口服乌梅汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗，两组均以14d为一观察周期，比较两组临床疗效、证候积分、炎症因子水平、生活质量评分。结果：两组治疗均有效，实验组的临床疗效、证候积分、炎症反应、生活质量各指标均优于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：乌梅汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗结直肠癌术后寒热错杂型泄泻的临床效果较好，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 42 Cases of Mixed Cold and Heat Diarrhea after Colorectal Cancer Operation with Wumei Decoction and Ear Point Embedding Beans

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wumei Decoction combined with ear point burial in the treatment of diarrhea of mixed cold and heat after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods The clinical data of patients with mixed cold and heat diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to June 2020 were collected and divided into two groups. The control group received oral hydrochloric acid. Treatment with loperamide capsules， the experimental group was treated with oral wumei decoction combined with ear acupoint embedding. The two groups were treated with a 14-day observation period to compare the clinical efficacy， syndrome scores， inflammatory factor levels， and quality of life scores of the two groups.Results The treatments of the two groups were effective. The clinical efficacy， syndrome scores， inflammatory response， and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion For postoperative diarrhea of mixed cold and heat of colorectal cancer， the clinical effect of Wumei Decoction combined with ear acupoint embedding is significantly better than simply taking loperamide hydrochloride capsules.

結直肠癌（Colorectal Cancer，CRC）是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤，发病率位居恶性肿瘤的第3位，死亡率居第2位[1]。目前结直肠癌治疗的主要手段仍是手术治疗[2]，但术后易发生肠梗阻、腹泻、便秘等消化道症状，其中腹泻发生率约4.50%～17.00%[3]。肠癌术后患者出现腹泻症状，西医一般采用抑制胃肠动力药物止泻对症处理，短期疗效尚可，但长期应用副作用显著[4-5]。大肠癌术后腹泻可归属为中医学“泄泻”[6]范畴，经过临床回顾性研究发现，采用口服中药汤剂乌梅汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗结直肠癌术后寒热错杂型泄泻效果明显，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 回顾性研究2018年9月至2020年6月就诊于安徽中医药大学附属第一医院肿瘤一科门诊及住院部大肠癌术后腹泻患者临床资料。整理资料显示符合要求患者共84例，采用信封法将患者随机分为对照组和实验组各42例。……
