“一带一路”背景下さ胤礁咝Ｏ执农业领域国际化人才培养途径探索

摘 要：現代农业是“一带一路”建设和发展的重要领域，这势必会对我国高等教育现代农业国际化人才培养提出新挑战。国际化人才是“一带一路”建设的根本保障，目前，我国的农业国际化人才还面临着培养结构相对单一、沿线国家的人才交流互动不足，以及整体国际化水平相对较低等问题。本文在分析现代农业国际化人才需求背景的基础上，重点介绍了西南科技大学农学院10余年来在现代农业国际化人才培养方面的路径探索和经验总结，以期为地方高校开展国际化人才培养建设提供有价值的参考，以满足“一带一路”建设的发展对农业人才的需求。

Exploration of internationalized talent cultivation path in modern agriculture field by local university with the background of "One Belt One Road"

Abstract：As the important part of“One Belt One Road”，the modern agriculture performs to need more international applicationoriented talents，resulting in a new challenge to higher education talent cultivation of modern agriculture in our country.Talents are the important guarantee of One belt One road construction.However，the international agriculture talent cultivation in China is also confronted with man problems including lowlevel of internationalization，cultural structure simple，deficiency of mutual human resource communication along the route countries.In present paper，we introduce emphatically the path exploration and experience summary of internationalized agriculture talents from agriculture college of Southwest University of Science and Technology based on over 10 years practices，providing valuable references for international agriculture talent cultivation by local university to meet the demands of agriculture talents for one belt one road fast development.

“一带一路”建设是一项对有益于沿线国家和人民的伟大事业，不仅能够促进区域经济的合作，更能促进沿线国家的繁荣发展，以及不同文明的相互交流及世界的和平发展，因此得到了各个国家的一直认同和非常积极的参与。目前，“一带一路”的建设已经进入到了快速实施的阶段，对国际化人才的数量和质量都提出了更高的需求。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（20102020年）》中明确提出国际化人才培养目标为“适应国家经济社会对外开放的要求，培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务和国际竞争的国际化人才”。我国企事业单位在“一带一路”的背景下的“请进来”和“走出去”过程中遇到的瓶颈是国际化人才的普遍缺乏，导致国际合作与交流不够畅通、甚至会屡受挫折。……
