体育课程与“运动世界校园APP”联合教学模式探索研究

摘 要 体育教育不但可以使大学生强身健体，而且可以培养良好的终身运动意识，养成大学生健康的、积极向上的人格价值观。本文着重探索在“互联网+”时代大环境中，目前热门APP“运动世界校园”在高校体育课程联合教学模式中的多元化应用，指出高等院校体育教育中亟待解决的各种教学问题，明确项目已经具备的教学改革基础与目标，探讨具体的教学改革方法实践应用。

Research on the Joint Teaching Mode of Physical Education Curriculum and "Sports World Campus App"

Abstract The physical education not only exercises the physical fitness of college students and cultivates a good sense of lifelong exercise， but also hopes to develop healthy and positives personality values of college students. This paper focuses on exploring the diversified application of the popular APP "Sports World Campus" in the combined teaching mode of physical education courses in colleges and universities of "Internet+" era. The paper shown that various teaching problems need to be solved urgently in physical education at colleges and universities， the teaching reform foundation and objectives has been indicated in the project， the practical application of specific teaching reform methods was discussed.

1 “运动世界校园APP”及其引入高校应用的发展现状

1.1 关于“运动世界校园APP”（以下简称“运APP”）

“运APP”是一款可鼓励高校大学生走出宿舍、健康生活的运动软件，它充分结合了大量信息化管理技术，真正构建了“互联网+大学体育课程”创新教学模式，是对学生体育能力与体育成绩评价的创新体系。目前国内各地高校都在推行该APP，它也作为《高等学校体育工作基本标准》工作中的重要组成部分，希望提高大学生的身体素质与健康水平。

1.2 “运APP”在高校的发展推广情况

2018年，“运APP”被内蒙古工业大学推广应用，真正实现了线上与线下的双重教学模式结合。教师在使用APP过程中可为学生安排线上+线下两次体育成绩测试，测试结果的总和就是学生的真实体育成绩，教师会结合这两次测试为学生打分，给予综合评价。该APP会在学生刚刚入学后就采用，其目的是在学生进入学校初期就督促他们积极衔接高中阶段运动习惯，继续保持良好的运动习惯，真正将身体锻炼视为是生活中的重要部分。……
