变电站自动化改造存在的问题与措施建议

[摘    要]近年来，随着城乡建设的不断加快，各行各业的快速发展，对电力资源的需求量与日俱增，这极大地促进了电力企业发展，变电站自动化改造作为电网改革与更新的一项重要工作，是电力行业发展的必然趋势，能够极大地降低电网运行成本，优化资源配置，保证变电站的安全、可靠运行，更好地满足新时期用户的多元化用电需求。本文首先概述了变电站自动化改造工程，其次分析了变电站自动化改造现存问题及解决对策，最后探讨了变电站自动化改造发展趋势。

[Abstract]In recent years， with the acceleration of urban and rural construction and the rapid development of various industries， the demand for electric power resources is increasing day by day， which greatly promotes the development of electric power enterprises and expands the scale of electric power engineering construction. Substation automation transformation work is also on the agenda. As an important work of power network reform and renewal， substation automation transformation is an inevitable trend in the development of power industry. It can greatly reduce the operation cost of power network， optimize the allocation of resources， ensure the safe and reliable operation of substation， and better meet the diversified demand of users in the new period. This paper first summarizes the substation automation transformation project， then analyzes the existing problems and solutions of substation automation transformation， and finally discusses the development trend of substation automation transformation.

1 变电站综合自动化改造工程概述

变电站自动化改造工程，具备较强的系统性、复杂性，同时也包含着多方面的内容，如：继电保护改造、二次回路改造、一次设备改造等，同时也会造成用户停电。在这一过程中，为更好地保障电力系统的安全稳定运行，避免给人们的正常生活造成阻碍，要严格控制停电时间。在改造过程中，要认真做好相应的勘察工作，结合各项勘察数据，制定具备较高可行性的施工方案，并做好优化工作，合理化选用施工技术、工艺，完善安全保护措施。如改造工程需停电，则要提前制定停电计划提交管理部门审批，并及时通知用户停电时间，便于用户提前做好应对工作。此外，在变电站自动化改造过程中，需涉及到多个专业的施工内容，因此要做好统筹协调工作，各个专业彼此之间密切配合，便于更加顺利、高效的完成改造工作。……
