浅析地市级农产品质检机构LIMS的建立与运用

摘 要：LIMS能够在地市级农产品质检机构规范质量管理体系运行和优化业务中发挥重要作用，也是为社会提供高质量服务的重要工具。该文简述了地市级农产品质检机构建立LIMS的主要做法，包括规范管理体系、保证信息安全、业务高效运行、对接大数据等，以期为地市级农产品质检机构持续发展提供参考。

Abstract： LIMS can play an important role in standardizing the operation of quality management system and optimizing the business of prefecture-level agencies for testing the quality and safety of agricultural products， and it is also an important tool for providing high-quality services to the society. The main methods of establishing LIMS for prefecture-level agencies were briefly introduced， including standardizing management system， ensuring information security， efficient operation of business， and connecting big data， etc.， in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of prefecture-level agencies.

计算机、互联网、智能技术、云计算等信息技术的高速发展[1]，为诸如国家食品安全抽检结果公布及查询系统、国家农产品质量安全追溯平台等大数据信息管理系统提供了技术支撑，使之成为推动经济发展、完善社会治理、提升政府服务和监管能力的重要工具。构建农产品质量安全信息服务作为现代农业大数据工程的一项重要内容[2]，肩负着为生产者、消费者、监管者提供农产品质量安全信息服务，促进农产品消费安全的重要职责。地市级农产品质检机构作为农产品质量安全监测网络4级体系（国家、省、地市、县乡）中的基础，是本地区农产品质量安全信息服务体系建设的重要组成部分。因此，地市级农产品质检机构的信息化和数字化建设不仅仅是提升管理能力的需要，也是为社会提供便捷、高效和高质量服务的重要保证。
