“翻转课堂”在高校会计专业实践课中的应用

摘  要：从对山东华宇工学院毕业生就业状况的调查中可以得出，职业院校應加强对高校职业课程实训教学的重视，为提高实训教学的质量，巩固实训教学的效果，严格把控实训教学过程，确保实践教学落实到位，提升践教学的效果，引入了“翻转课堂”模式以及在线教学平台辅助教学，以“会计综合模拟实训”课程为例对该模式进行说明，实践表明，该模式取得了良好的教学效果。

The Application of “Flipped Classroom” in the Practical Course of Accounting Major in Colleges and Universities

——Take “Accounting Comprehensive Simulation Training” Course as an Example

Abstract：From the survey of the employment situation of graduates of Shandong Huayu University of Technology，we can conclude that vocational colleges should pay more attention to the practical teaching of vocational courses. In order to improve the quality of practical teaching，consolidate the effect of practical teaching，strictly control the process of practical teaching，ensure the implementation of practical teaching，and improve the effect of practical teaching，the “flipped classroom” mode and online teaching platform are introduced，taking the “Accounting Comprehensive Simulation Training” course as an example to illustrate the mode. Practice shows that the mode has achieved good teaching effect.

职业教育是推进区域经济发展的“助推器”，在使中华民族发展成全球经济大国中发挥着重要作用。我国的职业教育承载着党和国家的重托以及人民的期望，可以预见，到2035年，我国的职业教育无论是在规模、层次还是结构上，都将更加匹配未来科技发展趋势和市场需求。在这样的大趋势下提高职业教育的质量，实则是提高实践课程的质量。在众多学科领域，会计学科是一门随着经济变化而变化的学科。为打造一批顺应时代发展、与时俱进的会计人，我们引入了“翻转课堂”教学方法。

“会计综合模拟实训”作为会计专业的核心课程，在会计专业中占有非常重要的地位。提高实训课程教学质量，也就是提高实践教学质量。在传统教学模式下，教师往往饰演主角，学生则饰演配角，双方处于不平等地位，互动较少，学生的主动参与度有限，课堂教学质量受到严重影响。为了有力地保证实训课程的教学质量，教师须充分认识到传统教学模式中存在的不足，引入“翻转课堂”教学模式，促进职业教学实训课程的改革和发展，显著提升会计职业教学的效果。……
