提高小学数学教师的课堂导入技能研究

摘  要：现阶段，应当加强教师们的课堂导入技能的培养。但是就目前的情况来说，在小学教学阶段教师们仍旧不能熟练的掌握课堂导入技能，这对学生们的学习具有重大的影响。教学过程中，如果教师们缺乏良好的教学技能，就不能高效地进行教学，学生们也不能取得显著的学习效果，因此提升教师们的课堂导入技能十分重要。本文主要围绕在现阶段的小学数学教学过程中教师们课堂导入技能的掌握现状以及提升教师们课堂导入技能的措施展开分析。

Research on improving the classroom leading in skills of primary school mathematics teachers

【Abstract】At present，we should strengthen the cultivation of teachers' classroom leading in skills. However，as far as the current situation is concerned，in the primary school teaching stage，teachers are still unable to master the classroom leading in skills，which has a significant impact on students' learning. In the process of teaching，if teachers lack good teaching skills，they can't teach efficiently，and students can't achieve significant learning effect. Therefore，it is very important to improve teachers' classroom introduction skills. This paper mainly focuses on the current situation of teachers' classroom leading-in skills in the process of primary school mathematics teaching and the measures to improve teachers' classroom leading-in skills.

在现阶段的教学过程中，课堂的教学效果与教师教学质量的关系是十分密切的。因此在现阶段提升教师们课堂导入技能是十分重要的。在现阶段的教学过程中，数学、语文以及英语是学生们最主要学习的科目，这也能够体现出数学在学生们学习过程中的重要作用。对于数学教学来说，教师们的作用是十分巨大的。数学是一门比较复杂的学科，学生们无法自己深入地进行学习，因此需要教师们进行讲解，以此促进学生们高效地学习。此外，在教学过程中，教师们需要将学生们的学习积极性调动起来，让学生们专心地学习，这样才能够让学生们高效的学习。因此加强教师们的课堂导入技能是十分重要的，不仅能够促进学生们的学习，还能够提升教师们的教学质量。
