留学生土木工程材料课程线上线下混合式教学模式探索

摘 要：在“一带一路”背景下，海外应用型人才需求扩增，对高等院校留学生教育人才培养提出了更高的要求。本文针对当前背景下，部分留学生滞留海外，线下授课难以开展的现状，对土木工程材料课程线上线下混合式教学模式进行了初步探索，以期为土木工程专业国际化人才培养提供支持。

Exploration of Online-offline Mixed Teaching Mode of Civil Engineering Materials for the International Students

Abstract： In the context of “the Belt and Road Initiatives”， the demanding for applied talents oversea is increasing greatly. This puts forwards a higher request for education of the international students in colleges and universities. Considering that parts of the international students are in their motherlands during the outbreak， the offline classes are difficult to carry out. This paper discusses the online-offline mixed teaching mode of civil engineering materials for the international students， so as to provide support for the education of international talents in the field of civil engineering.

“一帶一路”战略的实施，为各国土木工程领域的发展进步带来了新的历史机遇和挑战。共建“一带一路”必然要求沿线国家交通基础设施实现最大程度上的互联互通，由此将推动各国铁路、公路、机场和港口等基础设施大规模的建设，为各国土木工程领域的发展进步带来新的历史机遇。然而，挑战与机遇并存，沿线各国土木工程建设条件差别较大，特别是在科研技术标准体系和人才培养等方面发展水平不一，这些都是在今后发展过程中必须跨越的障碍[1]。

来华留学生教育是“一带一路”建设的基础性和先导性环节，是国家整体战略的重要支柱，是提高教育国际化水平的新起点，增强教育内源性牵引力、提高教育质量的新契机[2]。过去几年，“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生人数急速增加，如何响应国家号召，提高来华留学生的教育水平，在越来越激烈的国际人才竞争中占据优势地位，是我国当今社会面临的重大课题[3]。
