基于精益生产的制造业物流体系研究

摘  要：制造业是传统产业，是国家生产力的有力体现。随着社会经济的发展，转型是制造业企业的必然趋势。精益生产管理是现在最有效的一种形式，对制造业发展有着非常积极的作用。文章通过分析制造业物流体系的现状，发现存在的问题。最终运用精益生产的思想，主要从资源配置、生产组织、物流规划、物流体系保障四个方面来进行讨论。由此可以看出在制造业物流体系中应用好精益思想，发展现代物流，是制造业积极适应市场需求与社会发展需求的有效方式，有利于提升制造业物流绩效，为企业内外部稳定运营与健康发展提供良好基础保障与推动力。

Abstract： Manufacturing industry is a traditional industry and a powerful embodiment of national productivity. With the development of social economy， transformation is the inevitable trend of manufacturing enterprises. Lean production management is one of the most effective forms， which has a very positive effect on the development of manufacturing industry. This article through the analysis of the current situation of manufacturing logistics system， found the existing problems. Finally， using the idea of lean production， mainly from the allocation of resources， production organization， logistics planning， logistics system guarantee four aspects to discuss. Therefore， it can be seen that applying lean thinking and developing modern logistics in the manufacturing logistics system is an effective way for the manufacturing industry to actively adapt to the market demand and social development demand. It is conducive to improving the performance of manufacturing logistics and providing a good basic guarantee and driving force for the stable operation and healthy development of enterprises inside and outside.

制造业是传统产业，21世纪以来，随着社会迅速发展，市场经济对制造业的要求也越来越高。从当前的形势来看，制造业所面临的发展空间是巨大的，这是机遇也是挑战，制造业企业只有敢于在不断变化的市场环境中寻求突破和创新，才能够实现企业的持续发展，为制造业获得更多的竞争优势，增强生存能力。精益生产已经成了制造业的主要生产模式，物流是企业生产效率的体现，我国部分制造业企业已经开始注重精益思想，不过由于传统的物流模式和管理思想根深蒂固，并不能够将精益思想进行严格的贯彻，所以全面推行精益还有很长的一段路要走。如何把精益生產思想融合到生产物流体系中是制造业企业必须面对和解决的问题。……
