复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的疗效分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨复方玄驹胶囊+克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效。 方法 回顾我院2016年8月至2019年8月收治的96例多囊卵巢综合征并不孕症患者，将采用二甲双胍+克罗米芬治疗48例患者为对照组，将采用复方玄驹胶囊+克罗米芬治疗的48例患者为研究组。每个疗程为1个月，观察6个疗程后两组患者治疗期间妊娠情况和临床疗效。 结果 研究组妊娠数为38例，总妊娠率为79.17%，治疗总有效率为91.67%，对照组24例妊娠，总妊娠率为50.00%，治疗总有效率为62.50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 复方玄驹胶囊+克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症可明显提高患者临床治疗效果，且方法简单、使用方便，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Analysis of the curative effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Methods The data of 96 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were reviewed. Forty-eight patients treated with metformin+clomiphene were selected as the control group， and forty-eight patients treated with the Compound Xuanju Capsule+clomiphene were set as the study group. Each course of treatment was one month. After 6 courses of treatment， the pregnancy conditions and clinical efficacy of the two groups during treatment were observed. Results The number of pregnancies in the study group was 38 cases， the total pregnancy rate was 79.17%， and the total effective treatment rate was 91.67%. In the control group， there were 24 pregnancies， the total pregnancy rate was 50.00%， and the total effective rate of treatment was 62.50%. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients， and the method is convenient and straightforward to use. It has good clinical application value.

多囊卵巢綜合征为临床常见疾病，属于内分泌、代谢异常而致的疾病[1]。患者表现出持续无排卵、雄激素过多、月经不调、不孕症以及多毛等临床症状，特别是由于持续无排卵所致多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的概率较高，可达75%左右[2]。其发病率占育龄期女性的4%～10%[3]。我院妇产科近年曾采用复方玄驹胶囊联合西药克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症，取得满意的疗效并通过北海市科研技术鉴定。笔者从2016年在临床上积极应用与推广该研究项目，并将48例治疗效果与同期采用二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗的48例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的疗效进行比较，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择2016年8月至2019年8月我院妇科门诊患者，入选标准：患者符合鹿特丹多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）制订的标准[4]：①稀发排卵，月经不调;②具有雄激素过高临床表现或生化指标;③彩超显示双侧卵巢内卵泡数≥12个，上述3条至少符合2条和夫妻性生活未采用任何避孕措施1年或以上未能有孕者。……
