PICC患者给予全程规范化护理的效果及满意度研究

[摘要] 目的 探索PICC患者給予全程规范化护理的效果及满意度。 方法 选择2018年2月12日至2020年3月20日期间120例PICC置管患者为试验对象，采用单双号随机化分组，各60例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采用全程规范化护理指导，随后对比两组各项护理满意度以及并发症发生率、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分。 结果 护理干预后，观察组护理服务态度满意度（98.33%）高于对照组（78.33%），导管维护操作满意度（100.00%）高于对照组（83.33%）、护理质量满意度（96.67%）高于对照组（81.67%），教育信息支持满意度（96.67%）高于对照组（76.67%），自我护理能力评分（134.86±8.46）分高于对照组（125.19±7.53）分，生活质量评分（92.47±2.33）分高于对照组（83.69±1.58）分，上述比较差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05），并发症发生率（1.67%）低于对照组（21.67%）（P<0.05）。 结论 全程规范化护理用于PICC置管患者中效果显著，可增加护理满意度。

Research on the efficacy and satisfaction of PICC patients with whole course standardized nursing

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and satisfaction of PICC patients with whole course standardized nursing. Methods A total of 120 patients with PICC intubation from February 12， 2018 to March 20， 2020 were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into the control group（n=60） and the observation group（n=60） according to randomized grouping of single and even numbers. The control group was treated with conventional nursing， while the observation group was treated with guidance of whole course standardized nursing. Then， the nursing satisfaction， incidence of complications， self-nursing ability score and quality of life（QOL） score of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention， the satisfaction of nursing service attitude in the observation group was 98.33%， higher than 78.33% in the control group. The satisfaction of catheter maintenance operation was 100.00%， higher than 83.33% of the control group. The satisfaction of nursing quality was 96.67%， higher than 81.67% of the control group. The satisfaction of educational information support was 96.67%， higher than 76.67% of the control group. And the score of self-nursing ability was（134.86±8.46） points， higher than（125.19±7.53） points of the control group. The QOL score was（92.47±2.33） points， higher than（83.69±1.58） points in the control group， all with statistically significant differences in the above comparisons（all P<0.05）. Meanwhile， the incidence of complications was 1.67% in observation group， lower than 21.67% of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of whole-course standardized nursing in PICC patients is significant， which can increase nursing satisfaction.

经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC）能够为肿瘤患者提供一条持续、安全、无痛的静脉化疗通道，减轻因一次性反复穿刺带来的痛苦，对患者日常生活活动限制少，避免发生因药物外渗出现的组织坏死，提高输液安全性[1]，虽然在疾病治疗中起到至关重要的作用，但可因为置管期间护理、处理不当，影响置管留置时间，甚至出现不良事件发生率，给患者带来极大的危害和风险，为此需注重相关护理指导，从而降低感染、堵塞率[2]。常规护理虽能够对疾病发生、发展起到一定监护作用，但无法在根本上解决意外风险、置管留置时间等问题，为此需全程规范化护理，其是一种针对、全面、优质化的护理措施，不仅能够促使患者得到全程规范化护理，还能够确保患者置管期间安全性，降低潜在护理风险，从而营造一个良好的护患氛围，增加患者护理满意度，促使医院后期发展[3-4]。……
