“一带一路”背景下湖南职业教育国际化发展现状分析

摘 要：“一带一路”背景是我国职业教育国际化发展的重大机遇，“一带一路”的倡议使我国更加注重技术技能型人才的培养，以培养全能型人才为基本目标。随着世界经济的迅速发展，经济出现了全球化的趋势，所以我国的教育必须要遵循这一趋势，对教育进行适当的改革，使人才的培养向着国际化的方向发展，努力推动科研人员的交流和沟通，推动高端的合作，促进学生的全面发展，开拓学校的全球化发展事业。本文讲述了“一带一路”背景下湖南教育的现状分析，并提出了湖南职业教育国际化发展的策略。

Analysis on the Status Quo of the International Development of Hunan Vocational Education under the Background of “One Belt One Road”

Abstract：The "One Belt One Road" background is a major opportunity for the international development of my country's vocational education. The "One Belt One Road" initiative has made China pay more attention to the cultivation of technical skills talents， with the basic goal of cultivating versatile talents. With the rapid development of the world economy， the economy has emerged a trend of globalization. Therefore， our education must follow this trend， carry out appropriate reforms in education， and make the training of talents develop in the direction of internationalization， and strive to promote the development of scientific research personnel. To promote high-end cooperation and the all-round development of students， and open up the school's global development career， the article tells the analysis of the status quo of Hunan education under the background of "One Belt One Road"， and proposes strategies for the international development of Hunan vocational education.

1 引言

随着我国经济和科学技术水平的迅猛发展，在“一带一路”背景的影响下，越来越多的学生来到我国进行留学，湖南职业教育有着许多的院线，其中包罗万象，培养着学生的专业性技能，但目前职业教育国际化的发展仍处于初期的阶段，教育的过程中还存在着许多的不足，影响着对来华留学生的教学效率，所以必须有效解决，提升职业教育的效果，展现我国的大国风采，促进教育的国际化趋势发展，体现湖南职业教育的价值和意义。
