技师学院机械类专业中德合作办学的探索

摘 要：本文从加强机械专业方向性、加强中德双语教学以及提升教师专业素养等几个方面阐述了我院在中德合作办学过程中如何提升教学效果、全面培养学生素质能力，同时探索了中德合作办学中产生的问题以及处理方式。借由中德合作办学的教学模式，有助于提升职业化教学的新方向，满足技师学院对于专业技术人才培养方面的市场需求。

Exploration of Sino-German Cooperation in Running Schools in Mechanical Specialty of Technician College

Abstract：This article expounds how to improve the teaching effect and comprehensively cultivate students' quality and ability in the process of Sino-German cooperation in the course of the Sino-German cooperation in running schools. At the same time， it explores the Chinese problems arising from German cooperation in running schools and their solutions. The teaching model of Sino-German cooperation in running schools will help to promote the new direction of professional teaching and meet the market demand of technician colleges for the training of professional and technical talents.

1 引言

機械专业类教育是提升国家工业发展的基础，为了保障经济的高阜发展就要转化教学资源，采用更加符合时代发展的教育模式优化教育水平，采用中外合作进行办学，有助于引进发达国家先进的教学理念，同时提升自身的教学资源，保障教学内容以及实践知识传授水平有效提升，优化当前专业人才培养体系，推进机械类专业教育不断发展。

2 实行机械类专业中德合作办学的主要目的

2.1 加强专业方向性，培养学生实践应用能力

当前国内进行机械类的专业研究过程中都比较注重研究型人才的培养，在轻工业技能培养上也比较突出。和德国进行合作办学之后主要是要在机械制造或者是电气自动化方面进行交流合作，学习德国先进的教育体系，逐步完善自身的教育体制，借此优化教学中的实际操作、实践生产。在此基础上建立技师学院与企业的合作，促使学生的实践能力以及动手能力获得较大的提升，同时能够保障较快的融入到企业发展当中，人们对于企业的认知以及对于毕业生的要求也就更加直观，这一类的学生在进入专业机械类市场之后能够快速融入自己的岗位，因此就业中能够获得更大的发展空间。……
