“三全育人”视域下研究生教育管理路径研究

摘 要 随着高校研究生数量的激增，招生规模的扩大，研究生教育管理成为研究生工作的重中之重。如何破除传统的教育管理理念，在研究生教育管理中实现“三全育人”是本文研究的重点。本文基于“三全育人”体系剖析研究生教育管理的现状，指出研究生教育管理机制中存在的问题，提出具有可行性的具体实践路径。

Abstract With the rapid growth of graduate students， the expansion of enrollment and the postgraduate education management have been top priorities of graduate works. How to break the shackles of the traditional concept of traditional education management and make the "all-round education" come true is the key point of this study. Based on the status of postgraduate education management from the perspective of the "all-round education"， this study points out the problems in the management mechanism of postgraduate education， and put forward some feasible and concrete suggestions

2020年，全國研究生教育工作会议上，习近平指出：“研究生教育在培养创新人才、提高创新能力、服务经济社会发展、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化方面具有重要作用”。研究生是高素质人才的主力军和后备军，研究生的教育和管理是一项艰巨且重要的工作。深入优化管理路径，创新研究生培养模式，是新时代研究生培养的重要路径和必然选择。

1 研究生教育管理存在的问题

1.1院校管理人力不足，管理模式较为传统

在现在高速发展的社会中，管理已经占据了较为重要的地位。随着研究生招生数量的激增，研究生教育管理体系面临着管理陈旧、人力不足的问题。第一，管理陈旧。对于研究生的管理，部分高校采用的是“研究生院/处-学院”两级管理模式，并配备两套管理体系和规章制度。[1]但这种“校级-院系”两级管理方式较为传统，工作职责不够明确，导致部分研究生在办理事务时“多次碰壁”，耗费较大的时间成本。第二，人力不足。部分高校由于人员配备不足，岗位调配难度大，较多研究生辅导员身兼多职，负责招生、答辩、就业、党团建设、心理疏导等工作，压力较大，管理学生的难度也相对较高。……
