高职院校网络育人路径优化探究

摘 要 在网络技术不断深入人类生产生活的背景下，在国家加快构建高校思想政治工作体系的部署下，高职院校网络育人工作路径亟待优化。通过实证分析，发现当前高职院校网络育人工作呈现整体效果一般，网络空间亟须净化的态势。以系统观为指导，从顶层设计、教育主体、教育客体、媒介渠道、传播内容、教育环境、评价机制等方面着手，提出网络育人路径优化措施。

Abstract Under the background of network technology deepening in human production and life， and the deployment of the state to speed up the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities， the work path of network education in higher vocational colleges needs to be optimized. Through empirical analysis， it is found that the overall effect of network education in higher vocational colleges is general， and the cyberspace needs to be purified. Guided by the system view， this paper puts forward the optimization measures of network education path from the top-level design， education subject， education object， media channel， communication content， education environment， evaluation mechanism and other aspects.

2017年，《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》指出“网络育人”为“十大”育人体系之一，要求通过网络育人传播主旋律、弘扬正能量，守护好网络精神家园。2020年，《教育部等八部门关于加快构建高校思想政治工作体系的意见》再次提出要加强网络育人，网络育人成为高校思想政治工作不可缺少的重要部分。高职院校如何通过网络育人路径优化，提升思想政治工作质量，增强育人实效成为一项重要课题。

1 高职院校网络育人的现状

为更好把握当前高职院校网络育人现状，我们通过大量文献梳理和师生访谈，基于拉斯韦尔的“5W”模式设计出《高职院校网络育人工作现状研究问卷》（图1），并向成都航空职业技术学院包含教学科研岗（辅导员）、教学科研岗（非辅导员）、管理岗、教辅岗等在内的教师及大一、大二、大三全专业学生发放了问卷，共回收有效教师版问卷79份，有效学生版问卷2208份。
