农事训练课程中设置草类植物DUS测试模块的探讨

摘 要 农事训练是农业院校实践教学的特色课程，对提高本科人才培养质量具有重要意义。将草类植物品种DUS测试模块引入农事训练实践教学，可以使学生了解植物DUS测试的含义和作用，掌握DUS测试技术和方法，熟悉草类植物的种类、用途及其DUS测试流程。通过草类植物品种DUS测试实践，实现了多学科专业的交叉融合，提高了学生田间实践操作技能，促进了农业院校实践教学质量的提升。

Abstract Agricultural training is a featured course of practical teaching in agricultural universities. It is great significance to improve the quality of undergraduate students education. The introduction of grass plant species DUS testing module in agricultural training practical teaching， students will understand the meaning & function of plant DUS testing and master the technology & method of DUS testing， to get familiar with the types & application of grass plants and DUS testing procedure. Through the practice of grass plants DUS testing has realized the cross-integration of multiple disciplines and specialties， which will improve students field operation skills and promote the enhancement of practical teaching quality in agricultural universities.

农事训练课程是针对农业院校本科生开设的实践教学通识训练课程。[1]通过利用农学专业的实践教学资源和科研平台优势，培养农业院校本科生的农事实践技能，促进实践教学质量的提高，充分凸显了农业院校实践教学的特色和优势，对启发学生科学思维、提高创新创业能力起到重要作用。华南农业大学于2013年5月成立农事训练中心，负责全校本科生农事训练课程的设置与管理。[1-2]华南农业大学草业科学专业是华南地区最早开设草学专业本科教育的高校，该专业注重理论与实践教育相结合培养学生的实践应用能力，满足社会对理论型和实践技能型复合人才的需求。在面向全校本科生的农事训练课程中引入草类植物品种特异性（Distinctness）、一致性（Uniformity）和稳定性（Stability）测试（简称DUS测试）实践教学模块，不仅能让学生了解草类植物的种类及用途，还可以掌握草类植物品种DUS测试的相关技术和方法。……
