民办高校“学生社团+专业课堂”互动模式研究

摘 要 随着企业对人才要求的增高，民办高校学生的实践能力一直是学术界重点关注的问题。通过“学生社团+专业课堂”互动模式，提升我国民办高校学生创新实践能力已经成为当前教育发展的主流趋势。基于学生社团实践导向，通过实践演练来培养学生的学习兴趣，弥补以往民办高校学生在课堂中参与度较低的情况，进一步打造以“学生社团+专业课堂”为主题的互动课堂，构建“学生社团+专业课堂”的新教学模式，有利于改善目前民办高校学生发展现状，进一步提高实践型人才的培养效率。

Abstract As enterprises have increasing requirements for talents， the practical ability of students in private colleges and universities has always been the focus of attention in academic circles. It has become the mainstream trend of the current education development to improve the innovation and practice ability of private college students through the interactive mode of "student associations + professional classroom". Based on the practice orientation of student associations， students' learning interest can be cultivated through practice drills， so as to make up for the low class participation of private college students in the past; it is needed to further set up an interactive classroom with the theme of "student associations + professional classroom"， and build a new teaching mode of "student associations + professional classroom"; the above moves help improve the current development situation of private college students and further enhance the training efficiency of talents with practical skills.

0 引言

随着经济的快速发展，企业对于员工素质的要求也越来越高，相应不同高校的教育改革也越来越侧重于学生的实践能力。因此引导学生在社团实践中锻炼自己的专业能力，[1]提升学生对专业课堂的参与度，进而塑造相关专业培养体系，打造学校的专业名声，进一步推进民办高校学生敢于探索、走向实践、团队合作机制的日常化与体制化已经成为主流趋势。[2]据此，本研究以“学生社团+专业课堂”互动模式为切入点，探讨学生“学生社团+专业课堂”互动模式与学校推进之间的内在联系。在探讨民办高校学生“学生社团+专业课堂”互动模式与企业发展用人要求的内在联系基础上，分析了“学生社团+专业课堂”互动模式在构建新时代育人体系中的重要作用，通过对民办高校开展“学生社团+专业课堂”互动模式现状及“学生社团+专业课堂”为载体的民办高校教学建设中存在的问题进行分析，发现当前存在的主要问题。……
